“this go round with Titan wasn't very good, I order a bolt on hose hanger, and some Titan physical fitness item arrived, and I don't know what it is. I called and the girl said I would get a refund, I didn't want a refund, I wanted the hose hanger, but I was informed all she could do is a refund, I said OK, and she said she will send a ticket to have the wrong item picked up, and I informed her it would still be in the beat up box it was delivered in”

“Fast response, but shipping was an issue. The item was not shipped so as to be delivered with a lift truck in the last 45 miles of the delivery. FedEx couldn't get it to me without an additional shipping charge. I was therefore required to trailer over to the depot to pick it up and have it loaded on my trailer. I spend several hours doing this. Titan's folks were helpful, but what a pain! Free shipping isn't always free....”

“Over all just what I expected and wanted except one thing. The attachment is to wide for my fork making it swivel on the fork. Need two fork size options to choose from when ordering.”

“Customer service was great with communication and resolution when there was a shipping issue with the original order. The replacement item packaging, however, was damaged significantly and I think the box material should be thicker. That being said, the item arrived without anything other than superficial paint damage. The paint job on the frame could have been a little better: a few spots were not covered completely and some spots were rough. Assembly instructions were sparse, but usable enough. There were no spare assembly hardware parts, and I think an additional washer per bolt could have been useful. The design and the build quality are very good and the item works very well for my intended purpose.”

“FedEx was the problem their truck with a lift gate was broken and they were unable to offload the attachment I had to take time off of work and go to their warehouse and pick it up myself”

“The medal frame it was shipped in was pretty beat up and bent! A lot of places the paint was scratched off down to the metal, the ties straps holding it to the pallette were broken”

“Skidsteer forks and Tree Puller work well and are robust. Recommend adding grease fittings at all pivot points on Tree Puller. Also, Titan needs to send a notification when shipping occurs; no shipping notifications received for the past 3 orders.”

“The attachment arrived in good shape. However, I was reluctant to order on line because I was going out of town and wanted to schedule delivery. After having difficult getting through by phone, I added a note to an online order to contact me to schedule shipment but did not hear back. Fortunately the attachment arrived the day before I left home. Titan needs a way to allow tax exempt online orders for tax exempt farms.”
