“I purchased the Pallet Fork Frame Attachment, 4,000 LB Capacity for my John Deere 4210. I live in Wa state it took about 5 days to receive all 3 parts. The attachment fits well on my loader. The craftsmanship appears to be of a strong quality standard.”

“The delivery was a nightmare. I received emails stating order delayed. Then on the same day a later email states (your order has been delivered). I checked my ring no delivery truck that day. I call fedex and titan. Both gave the same advice, go check at the neighbors. Both were going to look into it and call me back. No one called. My shipment arrived 2 days later with no email notification. Just an email asking how did we do? The pallet forks fit my tractor very well. They look to be well made for the price I paid. George Clifford”

“Got to use the fork attachments. They seem to work fine. On occasion when I tipped the bucket all the way down they came loose. Could not seem to get the clamp tight enough. Also, the rubber covers over the top end of the square tubing by the clamp keep falling off. It might be nice to incorporate some type of a pocket where the rubber is so that you can grab the pocket when mounting the fork on the bucket. That way you could grab the pocket and the front of the fork to lift and slide on the fork.”

“Everything was great, except for the delay by 1 day on the delivery. FeEx said the package was damaged, couldn’t be delivered, then it was delivered the next day. I’m assuming that they realized the contents were near indestructible and re-taped the package for delivery.”

“It was fine except the delivery company did not have a lift gate or anything to offload the equipment. Had the tractor not been at the house, we would not have been able to accept the delivery.”

“Two problems. I was not able to order without sales assistance. I think you have a software problem. Second problem, the mount for the hose holder is on the wrong side. I have to get two bolt holes drilled and tapped so I can mount the holder on the opposite side.”

“I own a different style titan grapple then the one I just bought. I was so impressed with the first one I had no trouble when I wanted to buy a log grapple selecting titan again. I was a little disappointed that the hook and pin style of this titan grapple doesn’t fit as well as my old titan grapple. It was very difficult to get it all to line up properly. But maybe as it wears in a little it will become easier to put on. The quality seems to be pretty good. I’ll have to see how it works!”
