“Some damage in shipping. The chain you supply to secure bucket to pallet forks is too small. I purchased a 7’ long chain I order to make it work. Safety is more important than $4.00 a foot for chain.”

“Attachments are good. Last item---clamp-on debris fork arrived in good condition even though it's packing was destroyed and had to be held together by tape. No packing slip or literature on mounting fork was found. Mounting was easy and parts were well secured to fork. Still you should be concerned. Packing for other items I bought in past was excellent. Will shop with and recommend your products in future.”

“bought the 72 inch power rake . seems like a well built attachment. a little overbuilt and heavy but works. had to adjust the slip clutch right away . the cover for the slip clutch. bolts stripped right out of the crate . will not tighten back up. not very good machine work on cover. for the price of a harley brand it does the job”

“Control wheel bent on first use, seems to not swivel well in reverse and wheel forks are made with low quality steel. Broke drive shaft on second use but that was my fault - raised unit with PTO engaged and fully extended shaft causing it to wobble and it snapped. Other than the wimpy control wheel, it’s built solid and will be a great piece of equipment.”

“At this time it is of decent quality. The lock washers ! Well I didn't use them. I use a better quality ones. And the raising and lowering handles. We'll had to be revamped them as well. I put the hooks to the inside of handle. Instructions indicate to the out side. But the pin they hook to aren't long enough. And put bushings on the inside of handle and frame to sturdy the handle up. But other than that it will get the job done.”

“Item got stuck on a rail car in Georgia for too long. Metal shipping crate/leg broken and could not get item off truck liftgate without using my tractor with pallet forks. Otherwise just great.”

“Was not prepared for charges of "Fees" and "Oversize"pkg but still was less cost then other places. The unit appears well build. I felt the 30cubic ft size was a bit too big for my subcompact tractor, but have grown to be ok with it. The hydraulic fittings are too big to fit my tractor, so I will be buying new fittings, then I'll know how it operates.”

“The attachment arrived on time, but the box was destroyed. No extensive damage to the platform but a lot of paint had been rubbed off. The attachment works very well. I had to add a link to the safety chain as it was too short. Overall great tool. Just needed to be packaged better and safety Chan needs to 3-5” longer to accommodate different fork attachments.”

“Ordered and shipped quickly. Arrived in excellent condition. Would love to know the trick to get the chute out of the shipping frame, an extra 1/4” would have saved lots of unpacking time.”

“I like your product (Grapple) but getting my tax refunded will have a very bad taste in my mouth I sent and was approved my tax exemption 6/10/2022 and still my tax refund hasn't showed up on my credit card as of today 6/24/2022 After numerous calls and each time being told 3 to 5 days, (kinda like your checks in the mail ) still no refund . Give me a break, how hard is it to refund my money. Very POOR customer service !”
