“I am very happy with the mower deck. Delivery and condition of the metal crate around the mower deck left a lot to be desired but that could be completely on UPS Freight. Delivery was not completed on the scheduled date and when I called, I was told that the originating company was only delivering the mower deck to the loading dock and I had to pick it up there. I had to make arrangements for delivery which caused an additional 2-day delay. The product was delivered completely wrapped and it wasn't until I started unwrapping it that I found the steel structure crate was pushed in causing slight damage and forcing me to have to cut the steel angle iron crate to remove the mower deck.”

“My experience was great, my attachment was as advertised. The only reason my rating is not a 5 is because of the packaging. I’d suggest coming up with something other than the angle iron frame that enclosed the attachment. It was difficult to get the attachment out and then to dispose of.”

“very quick service. Items arrived on time and in good condition. However, I do have to enlarge one of the holes for the quick attach ,it is approx 1/2 in foo from where it should be”

“Fed Ex misrouted the shipment.We could have used more help from Titan to get the problem corrected. We had a trace filed to get the package shipped from Kennesaw, Georga where the package had been sent from Texas, the last stop before it should have been delivered.”

“There where no instructions with this machine when I recieved it and they did send me some. They were not the best but I did get the machine together. I think I am going to like it, just need better instructions. That's my only knock on it right now. Also, it says there is a chart for application but my instructions did not have one.”

“After the first order of the 6 ft. pine straw rack got loss in shipment, Ms. Marjorie promptly process a reorder for this rack and I received it within a couple of days . Thanks for her assistance . The equipment needs a stronger packaging container for shipment . The card board box was damaged very badly and lucky all items were in place .”

“Quick processing of order. Easy transaction. Lost a star due to packaging only. The large and heavy item broke through the box and the paint got scraped on one edge (not enough to where I would consider it damaged). Fortunately, the entire box was enclosed in a thick plastic sheet, so this prevented the loose hardware from falling out.”

“Instructions doubled printed one step and left out another all together. Assembly was not too difficult, but was a 2 person job. Had to go to my hardware store for parts I was shorted.”

“Scratch and Dent Skid Steer mounting plate was great. 3/8" thick plate is kinda hard to mess up during a routine delivery. The only problem I had was, as usual, with FedEx. Supposed to arrive on Monday, rescheduled for Tuesday, lost with no scheduled delivery on Tuesday night. Found Thursday morning, expecting delivery that day. Never.showed Out for Delivery, but showed up late Thursday evening in a "Budget" rental truck. Box beat to hell (108 pounds), but mounting plate was fine. Oh well, I finally got the delivery and all is well. Stuff like this happens with about 50% of all Fedex deliveries!”

“Unfortunately, my product is not usable, as the axel is too short to put both wheels on it without hitting the frame. If I try to force the wheels on, they wouldn't turn, because they would be tightly pressed against the frame. I have requested replacement parts, and hopefully, they will arrive today, but it is very disappointing that there is even a need to do this. I do understand that defects happen, but I'd expect that QA would have caught this. I truly hope that the replacement parts work! ***UPDATED REVIEW*** The replacement part arrived yesterday, and it was noticeably larger than the original axel. I was able to install it, and the wheels fit perfectly this time. Now I just need the opportunity to use it now that it's raining today! :-) It does seem to be a well-built product, and I do look forward to putting it to use. Unfortunately, I initially had a negative experience, but I am still looking forward to putting it to use.”

“The package arrived with no problems, a post trimmer. Assembly was straightforward. Should have included two Bolts one for the pivot and another for transport. Using it was a bit tricky speed is the key and space away from the post is critical for the best cut. I think leaving the string out another 1/2 inch could help. You also need to round off the edges before you insert the string or it may hang up and not come out the other side.”

“Unit arrived in a timely manner. IT was missing one grease zerk from the lower hydraulic cylinder and there were no grease points provided for the upper cylinder pivot. I plan to tap a grease point into the upper location when time allows.”
