“This product was poorly packaged and the hardware was loose in the box. The result was scratches and paint that was chipped off. Mike”

“Lots work platforms look the same but Titan’s is the heaviest and better built than the rest at a competitive price. Lots of sales during the year allow an even more competitive price. Shipment arrived in about 1 week. Only downside, item not packed well enough to survive trip intact. Item arrived in open box. Checking now to be sure no parts fell out during shipment.”

“Sent the wrong item on the first try. The second try was better, I received the correct item. The correct item needed modification to the slots for the quick attach latch pin, holes were too big.”

“The equipment is solid. Lack of any instructions is somewhat ridiculous. After searching online, I found that numerous others who purchased it had the same issue. Figuring out the exact location how to mount it what the overlap should be etc wasn't impossible it should have been provided with directions. I would imagine others who aren't as mechanically inclined would not have liked to drill holes in their bucket and found them wrong.”

“Very nice product. The unfortunate thing was it had some minor damage to one of the lock handles. The card board box was in pieces. The use of a double thick card board box might have helped.”
