“I would have rated it a 5 but they shipped the wrong belts that I ordered. However, they promptly send labels to return the incorrect belts and re-shipped the correct belts asap!”

“The PTO string trimmer arriveed in a timely manner and we’ll Packaged. Very little assembly was required and was very straight forward. I was reluctant about ordering this item because of the low price. However, I decided to give it a try. The attachment actually works quite well for what it is but it is definitely a VERY LIGHT DUTY piece of equipment. In less than an hour of use, I had already damaged it and had to repair. I’m in the hills of south central KY and using to trim along pasture fences. I believe it would be a better fit for someone using a subcompact tractor on level ground for estate maintenance. It’s a shame there’s not a more heavy duty model available for farm and ranch use.”

“I have been pleased with every tractor accessory I have purchased from Titan. This will be no different. The 3 pt hitch was ready for John Deere quick hitch except.... the upper hook on the quick hitch needed to be moved to the upper hole. If the upper mounting bracket on the Titan Category 1, 3 Point Carry All with Steel Platform | 4ft x1 SKU: 133214 had multiple drilled holes, it would have been simple to pick it up without moving the bolts for the upper hook on the quick hitch. Other than that: Perfect! I may eventually drill a new hole on the carry-all.”

“Great price. Shipping was a very unique experience. Ordered forks and bobcat attachment. Three separate items. Each fork and attachment plate were shipped individually and it took over a week for all the parts to arrive once I was notified that they had shipped. No issues just expect shipping delays.”

“Unit was well protected and easy to assemble. It is not quite as substantial as expected - heavier gauge tubing would make it more robust and less vulnerable to damage during use. Note that there is an additional cost for packing of $50 that you don't see until checking out so factor that into the price. Overall, a pretty decent piece of equipment.”

“The original warehouse screwed up the order and sent 2 different types of forks. Cassandra at customer service fixed the order and did a good job at it. The replacement was here in 3 days.”

“The item was shipped fast but the box arrived completely ripped in the middle section and taped with clear packing tape to hold it together but you could see the implement part thru the see-thru tape. Think your shipper, FedEx, did a poor job of shipping your item without regard to the expense of the merchandise. Luckily, the item was NOT damaged with such a low quality repair of the package.”

“Titan personnel were great, but shipping sucked. Tracking said that my attachment was coming in on Wednesday between 12:30 and 4:30. Waited around until 5:00 and decided to call freight company. They said my part was still on the dock but they could set up a delivery for the next day ( Thursday) between 12:30 and 4:30. I waited until 5:00 Thursday and called - at which time they said they only deliver to my area on Wednesdays. I received the part the following Wednesday at 5:30. Kind of frustrating,but I was glad to finally get it. Jim”
