“I ordered 3 quick hitch bushing sets. They were packed separately in 3 different 4” x 5-1/2” boxes with 3 different shipping labels. Tracking showed 2 were shipped and 1 was never picked up. I received the 2 shipped within days of ordering. When I called customer service, I was told that courier had the package, despite telling them that tracking showed it was never picked up. I was told I would have to wait one week and they would ship a replacement, if the original order was not received in the meantime. After waiting 2 weeks, I called them, was promptly told the package was never picked up by the courier, and a replacement would be shipped. The replacement arrived within 48 hours. I have ordered several other things from Titan and they are all good quality and what I expected the product to be. From being ordered to being received has never been more than 72 hours, the incident above being the only exception.”

“Everything arrived in good shape. I was missing 2 bolts, washers, and nuts. For wheel assembly bracket. Other then that everything works great!”

“Attachment is fine. Works as expected. Delivery did not go as told. I had to be there to unload the truck which I was told I did not have to be. Other than that experience was pleasurable”

“Box was poorly wrapped and pieced together with tape. Cotents seemed to be intact. Instructions to put together is space at best.”

“No instructions, but it was not hard to figure it out. I replaced the pallet frame so I can carry more weight than the bucket forks. The pallet frame has more visible than the bucket forks. Plus it is easier to hook up to the pallet frame than putting the bucket forks on and off every time.”

“I gave the review only 4 stars for one reason. The order processing and shipping time was great. The unit arrived in an appropriate box. But the fifth star comes off for one reason. The unit has had bolts on it, two to secure the collars to the forks and one that kept the pieces together in shipping that is replaced by the included knob. But the damn things were on so tight I had to use a 12-inch (or longer) wrench to get them loosened after I put the unit in a vice. They did seem to be a bit rusted in place. Otherwise, I am looking forward to using the unit with my bucket forks to move an oddly spaced pallet. NOTE: I find the syntax checker used here interesting and accurate.”

“Forks work once all the pieces arrive. Shipping Carrier turned delivery into a 3-day event, spaced over a week's timeframe. No instructions about how to assemble the forks but once you have all the pieces you will see there is only one space to mount or remove the forks from the frame. Adjusting fork width is very tight but should loosen with use. Minimal usage so far but they do the job. Only four stars due to TITAN's poor choice of shipping contractor. Should be the EX shipper”

“So far so good on the equipment itself. Looks tough, just don’t know yet. However, the wheel on the pro series bush hog is heavy in weight but not strong enough to hold the bush hog. After I assemble the bush hog, attach it to the tractor, and adjust level. I put the wheel on and get ready to cut. As I start cutting, the wheel snaps on level ground. Clean break. $3,800.00 later I’m waiting on wheel. This bush hog was more expensive then name brands, I would expect a faster resolution or some quick fix since the wheel broke on day of delivery. Two, drain holes on deck. Water collects on top of deck in the corners that are built. Looking at other big name bush hogs, they have drain holes to allow water to not set on metal. This would help prevent rust and extent longevity to this high cost equipment. I own multiple titan equipment and am highly pleased with there stuff. Just hope I can expect this with the bush hog. This far a little disappointed. I’m sure this I’ll change when I get to use this costly piece. Durning deliver side of bush hog was dented and rest had formed at a spot where paint has scratched to the metal. Not a big deal.”

“I have a 8’ dozer/snow blade and a rotator . Both need a reducer installed so they are not so jerky. Also could use a hose support to keep them out of any pinch points.”

“Great product, works as expected. But had an issue with shipping. This thing needs stronger packing materials, it was re-wrapped by the shipping company and was still not holding together.”

“Love the implement...but it came fairly banged up during transport! I had to paint/touch up several spots on the "green" frame of the implement to avoid rust. Not happy with that part of the process.”

“I really like the thumb attachment I only needed the middle piece because I already purchased the thumb kit back in 2016 and since then the middle piece that adjusts the angle bent. I was told that part was unavailable so I purchased another kit only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 but I am completely satisfied with the product keep up the good work!”
