“The Grapple itself is fine…I am just disappointed with the support . I called and spoke to a support person after the grapple arrived with questions about tips or suggestions regarding how to mount this to my tractor bucket. This person was “useless as tits on a boar hog”….they sent a video link which was also useless in answering questions about how to mount this”

“The grapple and pallet forks are a good quality build for our mini skid steer (Ditch Witch SK 600). However, the grease zerts on the grapple are of poor quality and will need to be replaced. Products arrived quickly but came in split orders. The second delivery of the grapple had some issues with the trucking company but was still received within 4 days of the order which helped.”

“I would suggest that you make some sort of hole in the plate, seeing the forks as you set things down is impossible. It would help a lot”

“After sending the wrong parts Titan corrected the problem by replacing them with the correct forks. Unfortunately they came too late to be used when they were needed most. To their credit though, they did correct the mistake”

“The product is good quality but free shipping should say that some items cost an additional 50.00. All items I have purchased have cost me an additional freight charge. I have purchased several items and am happen with all.”

“Attachment appears great but there was confusion as to shipping & delivery. Seems the two pallet forks and frame all had separate shipping numbers. Not knowing this when the frame arrived and I received a text that my order had arrived was confusing & frustrating. So I contacted Fedex but only got automated choices, none of which applied. My only choice was order has not arrived, which was only partially true. Either way, they sent how a trace and low and behold the two forks were at my door the following morning. Still don’t know if they were to have arrived with the original shipment or separately the following day as they did. All parts did eventually arrive.”

“Everything was as advertised except I still have not received the farm purchase tax credit on my credit card after 48 hrs as I was told. Also the handle on the spring loaded trench cleaner was bent.”

“I have purchased your products in the past very please but again shipping your products in cardboard box’s is not a good idea. The label was ripping off delaying shipping and packaging was destroyed. And thank you for keeping me informed with the tracking that made it easier.”

“I appreciated the quick delivery of my grapple. Two problems: 1) One grease fitting was missing and the other two were not even finger tight. When I called to have a grease fitting shipped to me, I was told that you didn't have any in stock and that I should go the store and buy one. I have heard other people say the same thing about missing zerk fittings. This is a quality control issue that should be addressed. 2) The grapple was delivered with 1/2 inch quick connect fittings and my John Deere 300cx loader has 1/4" fittings. I didn't have the option when ordering for the 1/4" fittings so I had to do a lot of searching and pay about $100. for the quick connect coupler and adapters to make it work. Other than that, I think the quality is decent. I do a lot of welding and I think a little work on eliminating weld spatter would be a nice touch. Just saying.”

“The transaction with Titan went quite well. The shipment took longer to arrive than was originally scheduled, but only by 3 days. I was surprised the shipment of a pallet forks and frame wasn't put on a pallet and shipped by FEDEx freight. They were loose on the floor of a normal FedEx truck. I have to give kudos to the young man who struggled but was able to lift these heavy objects and without a weight belt. He probably will be seeing a back specialist soon! Cheers!”
