“I purchased this and it arrived heavily damaged with parts missing. Due from the best I can tell, to improper shipping preparation and the lack of a pallet underneath so truckers could maneuver it during 7-10 days of shipping. (Obviously, a very heavy item) Titan to their credit quickly sent me out a second unit after the prepaid return of the first was confirmed on the way back to them. After begging that the second unit be shipped with a pallet under it, it wasn’t. So it too arrived with lots of paint scratches, chips and loose parts in the pile that I am amazed weren’t lost but complete and structurally undamaged. The tool seems very adequate and I feel it will serve me well. One serious safety concern is the way the front gate is held in the vertical position I would not remotely trust it but it can be primitively rectified with two spring clamps. Also there is a very simple extremely small print parts list with it that it take a magnifying glass to see, no assembly instructions whatsoever. So I had to go to their website and assemble it by struggling to go through the for sale photos they posted. Unfortunately, it’s shipped unassembled with everything in a pile with the paint totally unprotected with all it’s pieces grinding against each other. I also bought fork lift extensions with it and it is disappointing everything’s including their finish paint is damaged. Granted they are tools and not show cars but when I buy something new I wish more care could have been taken to have them arrive looking new. I am a repeat Titan customer and it’s funny the forklift extensions I bought three years ago look newer than my brand new ones. (I only bought new extensions because I bought a new, larger width, fork, forklift)”

“I have 3 Titan attachments and love them all. Would have went 5 stars but this sub soiler showed up painted Orange. Not a big deal but that’s not what ordered. If I knew I had a choice of color I would have got Massey Ferguson Red. So for you Kubota guys call your order in and ask for Orange.”

“Received 3 pt hitch for tractor. Arrived timely as advertised and in good shape. Have not installed yet but inspection presents good quality. This is my second 3 pt from Titan. Would recommend consideration for all their products.”

“Fast shipping Attachment showed up not in a box and missing a lynch pin. Instructions would be nice, took a few minutes to figure out the placement of the parts and spacing of the two main brackets that need to be welded to machine.”

“Have not put on yet but looks very rugged. Will be watching youtube videos on how to install as suggested with other reviews. One circlip was missing so if you could send another one it would be appreciated. Overall pleased with the quality and price.”

“Stabilizing spears should be narrower and sharper on the end. A little too blunt, which makes it very difficult to push all three spears into the round bale. Easy to attach to the bucket on the tractor.”

“delivery was prompt but I was confused as to why it was partially delivered and was fully delivered a week later. This was professionally explained by customer support. The other issue was over my tax exempt status, which was partially due to my computer ignorance. I think the issue has been resolved and hopefully, my credit card will be reimbursed. I haven't used the tool yet but so far I would consider continuing shoping with Titan products”

“everything was good except the box it came in. may as well wrap it in toilet paper. damaged box with large holes in it and the bolts that hold the plow in place, 1 was missing. sure enough, fell out of one of the holes. can't wait to try it and see how well it works”

“I ordered a set of light duty pallet forks and found that the stabilizer bar had a cross threaded bolt. I called customer service and they immediately rectified the problem and sent me a new stabilizer bar. The customer service was exceptional and I’m very pleased with the light duty pallet forks.”

“The grappler looks good havn't had a chance to use it yet need 3rd hyd valve on my tractor. But was a little surprised when you attached a $50.00 fee to the shipping when all the adv i received said free shipping.”
