“Product was as expected. Sturdy, easily assembled. Small insignificant dent. Delivery tracking was not accurate.”

“Equipment was as advertised, well made, and meets my needs. Shipping was very fast. Delivery was less than desirable. Fedex never called, left packages on the ground in my neighbors yard.”

“Would have been a nice value buy attachment but when arrived. Box had a hole in it, clevis pin was missing locking bolt. Fedex person handed me the other half and said he found on the shelf in truck must have escaped through hole in box. I would recommend that all nuts, bolts, etc be torqued and taped so there are no loose parts floating around in box. I had to go buy another bolt to replace the one that was missing.”

“Inventory and delivery was good. Price was right. Built tough and has held up to use with a LandPride landplane and a super sunshine 6’ shredder. Please note that sales and support did not tell me that category 3 size pins/bushings are needed on the implement side of the quick hitch. I followed specs and support at first, and way too much slop between the implement and the quick hitch. Cat 3 works well now! Cat 2 at the tractor and quick hitch connections as specified works great.”

“My only complaint is that the fork pockets aren’t wide enough. I made the mistake of ordering it without verifying how wide the forks are on our 2 lifts.”

“I have ordered 3 different 3-point tractor implements from Titan. The attachments themselves seem to be good quality, but in at least 2/3 of my items they were missing a bolt upon delivery. I can probably get that bolt somewhere to replace it, but it's inconvenient, and they need to figure this out. I've read other reviews saying the same thing.”

“Overall a good product experience, two opportunities for improvement: - Checking the status of my order it showed "New" even after I received e-mails that it had been shipped. This can cause uncertainty as to what the actual status is. - The forks were delivered in two separate boxes. The first box with the forks was extremely well packaged, including foam to protect the forks during shipping. The second box with the SSQA was not even close to the first. Cardboard covered most of it, but there were three areas that the cardboard didn't cover at all. It didn't look like the cardboard had torn, instead, those simply were not covered to begin with. I understand that forks are for heavy usage and while they will get scratches and other marks from usage, but it would be nice for them to be unmarked when received new.”

“Great price, great looking parts, but a little slow on the shipping and never responded to my instant messenger. Terrible packaging, box was 10 times to big with no packing materials, so parts just banged around in a giant box.”

“Product was as described but delivered late (not due to Titan as far as I can tell.) But shipping was not free--it was $50 due to oversize shipping charge, which is added to any item that ships freight. Titan should offer an additional truly free pick-up at shipping depot option for the many of us who have trailers.”

“The brush forks are great. The shipping was terrible. My package went to Missouri, Texas and Arizona from starting in Mississippi before it was delivered to Ohio. Fedex dropped the ball. I did not appreciate having to find my package and redirect it. Had i not gotten involved i wonder how long my delivery would have taken.”

“Item arrived quickly and was as advertised. The chain to secure the platform to the forks is too short by 1-2 links and required adding some additional links to connect the chain. The side with steal mesh was bent (like something heaven was set in the middle of it. It is still completely functional, but, it doesn’t look very nice. I’m terms of function - it’s light enough to handle folding it up and putting it away on my own, but surfy enough to feel comfortable in it at my tractors max lift (~8ft). This is not commercial grade, but definitely sufficient for light residential use.”
