“The crate surrounding the snowblower was damaged. A lot of scratched print due to forklift.”

“I'm happy with the SSQA 2" receiver mount, but the packaging was really poor. The cardboard was completely destroyed on arrival, and there are some scuff marks on the attachment because of it. It's nothing a little spray paint can't fix, but a little disappointing.”

“The sale went well. In about 3 minutes they had my credit card information and address and everything was done. Yesterday I called to ask how to reverse the drive motor, was on hold for 20 minutes with a lady,finally had to hang up. Called back later in the afternoon got the same lady and another 20 minutes on hold, she finally came back with no answer. She said she would get back to me but still haven't heard anything. I do believe that a company your size should have tec support people knowledgeable enough to know how to reverse the direction of a hydraulic motor. Very disappointed.”

“The off set flail mower arrived late do to the delivery truck being a semi truck with a 40' trailer, my driveway is not big enough for that, a 26' box truck made the delivery several days later. The mower arrived in good condition, suggest to put the instructions on top, instead of underneath the mower. Still getting the tractor ready with a remote hydraulic control, more info in the online manual about the type and size of hydraulic quick connectors would be helpful.”

“Only knocked off one star for the packaging. I realize it's heavy steel and there's not much that can be done with cardboard. I'm just more concerned that if it had to travel much farther there is a good possibility the shipping label would have been destroyed and it never would have made it to the house. Good thing the small pieces were wired to the main frame or they would have been lost. Everything else looks good.”

“I haven't used the safety lift box yet, but when I assembled it I am pleased with its build and ease of assembly. It was received in a damaged box, there was some paint damage from that, but will not effect the functionality of it”

“Hi Titan, Your site, ordering and shipping are great. My only regret is ordering pallet forks that may be too heavy duty for my small tractor. I plan to use the forks a few times to judge their usability on the Kubota BX2680 tractor. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank You !”

“Tooth bar is nice and works well. The nuts and bolts were packed in a zip lock sandwich bag taped to the bar. The bag remained taped to the bar but all nuts and bolts were loose. All nuts and washers and 1 of the 4 bolts were lost from box.”

“I would give the ballast box itself 5 stars. Seems to be quality construction and came as advertised. The loss of a star is due to the packaging and how beat up the box came to my door. The cardboard and plastic was ripped and shredded exposing the box which resulted in the paint being scraped, chipped, and worn off in many areas.”

“Very good experience dealing with customer service after my pallet fork frame bent. I still question the quality of the product since it bent, but the price point versus the other options is worth it. Other than that, I have been very happy with my forks and frame for the 1025r. The 36” forks are very heavy and didn’t bend at all. The 3000lb fork frame is what bent where the bottom of the forks slide over. I had a pleasant experience when I contacted them. I sent them a few pictures and they agreed to send me a new frame. I will say that first they offered to send me like $40 for my trouble if I I could hammer out the bend. When I said that I didn’t believe that would solve the problem, they replaced the frame. I printed off the return label they sent and had FedEx pick up the return. I haven’t mounted the forks on the new frame yet. I will also say that the paint on the new fork frame is really scratched, but I have experienced that it gets beat up quickly during use anyway.”
