“I am very happy with the mower and you can put it together looking at the picture but the manual that was sent was useless. The print was so light you could not see it. The biggest problem was how much oil to put in. The manual on line says to fill to the bottom of the plug. Which plug? The plug on top or fill to the one on the side and how much does it hold?”

“Everything these days seems to be a backorder. So I placed my order and waited. It took a while, but the items I ordered finally arrived. Just thankful I could get what I needed. The order process went smoothly and Titan delivered what I ordered. Still need time to use the tools to get a better idea of the fit and functionality. Too many projects and not enough time at the moment. If you are on the fence about ordering from Titan I would say if you have the time to wait then go ahead and place your order. If you need it right now it will depend on the item and if they have it in stock. They will deliver it to your door.”

“Item price was excellent for what was received and delivery was lightning fast. Only suggestion is item could have been better designed for fold up and pin placement to store directly on the backhoe without having to remove the claw. Item functions well otherwise. Overall, pleased and I will make an additional bracket to solve the issue raised.”

“You should weld all your hooks together on the pipe connections.Every spot that can be Tack Welded should be to for more strength.Because I bent one of mine on it's first time out.Witch frustrated me right from the get go.Other wise works well.”

“I received the snow blower I ordered but obviously have not used it. It came without the shaft that connects the tractor to the blower so until Titan sends it the blower is useless. The blower looks well built and I am anxious to try it out if the propeller shaft gets here before snow.”

“I give the product 5 stars, but Fed Ex took forever to get my product here! Not only that the driver was griping about me having something that big and heavy shipped. I kinda thought they were a shipping company!!?? Am I out of line? I guess Fed Ex will hire anyone!”

“The ballast box arrived ahead of schedule, and that was okay. The price of the item represented a substantial savings over what local vendors were asking for. In the product description, it would have been helpful to suggest that a bushing kit might be required. The kit was mentioned in the email announcing the arrival of the box. In all, I am quite satisfied with the device.”

“The ordering process and getting the product to shipping was quick but your delivery service let you down. The rack showed up in a matter of a couple of days (on time) but the tines didn't arrive until 3 days later (which isn't horrible). It was just a bit nerve-racking because I've had issues like this before (not with Titan Attachments) and the product never arrives. The tracking was sketchy and not updated appropriately (it showed only one tine being delivered until almost the time of delivery).”
