“Most horrible experience ever. 1st ordered correct item, 2 you sent wrong item. The communication process was terrible, on hold no email reurns. If it was not for Sunshine who finally helped I would have tried to cancel payment. She helped me as no one else would. Returning a 120 pound item was not easy.”

“When I talk to him I said what model of of front end loader I had. He said he had the one that fit it when it got here. It wasn't close even. It was very hard return it. It took quite a while. A lot of work didn't help very much with the return codes I had to go FedEx and worker them. They didn't give me a QR code to print the return orders. I spent an hour and a half in there working with them and your representative. It wasn't a very good experience”

“I used the attachment for the first time yesterday. It was so much fun and easy to use I actually lost track of time. Thoroughly enjoyed using it!”

“The snow plow /dozer blade is difficult to operate on a flat surface for snow removal without skids. When changing the angle to it's limits it changes the geometry and prohibits full horizontal surface contact. Even with the most meticulious use it's impossible to get it to lay flat. The result is the trailing edge of the blade digs in as the leading edge has no contact. It should be fitted with skids. As it is I need to fabricate and weld on my own. Aside from the engineering design flaws the company itself operates fine.”

“A mid level review for a mixed experience. My ballast box arrived promptly, but damaged. ( the lower 3point attachment arm was bent) a short phone call to Titan resolved the issue, they offered a replacement box which also arrived promptly. They advised me to keep the original damaged box rather than shipping it back. So far so good....the replacement box while structurally sound was scratched, numerous surface abrasions & several spots with surface rust. It looked like it had been shipped and returned several times. Overall I would rate my experience as OK, but not great. Good customer service, but quality control & shipping need extra attention. I would " caustiously" recommend Titan, but don't expect a first class product.”

“Received both the frame and spears separately shortly after my order. Well packaged. Haven't used it yet, but can see it is a quality affordable solution. A perfect fit for my Kubota L1024 loader that can lift 2400 to 2800 pounds.”

“The unit was built very strong and user-friendly. I had a problem with when I received it. It had a lot of scratches and service damage to the finish. I contacted titan day refunded money, but it wasn't a titan issue. It was FedEx that damaged the product, but titan stood behind it 100%. Very pleased, and will use this Company again”

“The overall grapple is built very durable. Unfortunately the Cylinder is not fixed in place. So the arms do not open eventually. You have to make sure when opening the arms you have lots of space in case the one opens further than the other. I will see if I can fix/create a way to make a bracket to fix the cylinder to the frame like other types of grapples.”
