“Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase. The packaging between the large steel parts is in no way going to protect the painted surfaces so you can expect some scuffing of the painted parts. Realizing this is a big heavy piece of equipment that is going to get some abrasions during use, I still am satisfied with the quality of the finish as a whole and really like the color combo. I chose this model over versions that use a cable system to extend as it just seems like a cleaner more simple approach. I deducted 1 star for poor assembly instructions once it got to the telescoping mechanism and the grease zerks in the casters pulled out of 3 of the 4 casters as I removed my grease gun, and the finish on the fasteners looked questionable.”

“Overall extremely heavy duty..will defintly take abuse and hold up..however..grapple fully extended up will hit hydrallic lines if bucket is curled back at all..should be sent with 90 degree fittings to help...engineer defintly designed but didnt test”

“The attachment didn't fit any of my attachments. I had to grind 1/4 off od the top to get it fit into the top plate of the bucket. When I contacted the seller, they said it is a generic fit. It is listed as universal fit on there website. Also one of the lock pins was installed backwards. They never acknowledged this problem. The hoses were also 4ft too long.”

“I received back hoe with missing zerk fitting . they sent me one that's to small ,I then sent video to there representative AUSTIN CRUZ , and again I asked if they would send the boom pin with zerk fitting in it if they can't find correct size zerk fitting, now it's been 10 days and not a word , so ive went to Napa auto parts , Auto zone ,Orieleys auto parts ECTcant match the threads, this is the bushing for boom it squeals like mad with out grease . Spent 5 k can't get missing parts this isn't good business they want 20% restock plus shipping. wish I never bought it. BUYER BEWARE.”
