“This is a nicely built attachment & works really well. We purchased late in the season however used it a couple days & was impressed. I have liked the three attachments that I received from Titan however need instructions on this & previous purchase of basket were poor. The bucket & thumb were delivered before unit with no instuctions or pictures how to install. The bucket was pretty straight forward however we had some confusion on how/where on arm to mount thumb. I looked online for instructions & pictures on thumb installation with no luck finding on Titan site. I contacted customer service twice & had trouble getting to anyone. I went in que for a call back however both times just got emails back. I took pictures & customer service sent some information back however with slow responses took three days to finally figured out my issue. My son & I put on how delivered & the isuue was the top plate on the thumb was upside down & could copy how far on down on arm from picture sent. Like stated above the product is great however frustrated again with no instructions & slow customer service.”
“I would like to give a great review. Yet, after 3 weeks or so I am still waiting for the hardware to assemble the disc. They told me the hardware had to be sourced. Why would not have parts on hand that you build? Or take one hardwood box out of a disc in the warehouse? The disc does appear to be well built as far as I can see. Just wishing for a faster assembly time. Takes up in the shop. Was kinda hoping to use by now. Kind of disappointed.”
