The equipment is very sturdy and reliable. Goes beyond my expectations. Of course with every attachment you always push the boundaries for usage, and it has passed all my tests.

The customer service and product quality are the worst. I purchased a land plane with hydraulic rippers and I will never purchase another thing from Titan. At first use of the land plane, it spewed hydraulic fluid from the couplers. Tighthened the fittings and they still leaked. Called Titan and the automated message says product support wait time is 3 minutes. After 10 minutes an automated message comes on and says try back later. Tried this three times with no human contact. Called and selected new product sales and they pick right up...then transferred me to product support in which I waited and waited and eventually got the automated message to try back later. Sent an email to product support with a video of the leaking coupler and received an automated reply saying they'll respond within 24 hours. No one responded so I called continuously until I was able to speak to a human being...they immediately said send a video or pictures in which I informed them I did. They finally found my email and video and said we can send you new fittings in 5-10 days. Received the new couplers and they still leak. Because I didn't have time, days and weeks to waste sending emails, more videos and waiting on replacement parts that don't work, I went to a local hydraulic hose company and they made me a complete new set of hoses. Put them on the land plane and not one leak. I spent $2900 on a land plane that was inoperable and dealt with a company that didn't seam to care. I'd return the unit but I know with their terrible customer service it will cost me more time and money. Do not purchase from this company...terrible product and terrible customer support.

Adapter was close to being good fit. I had to give it some love with the hammer to get it to latch together. Shipping company looked like they dropped it off the truck three times

I ordered Titan 6 ft Pro Rotary Cutter thinking it was a good quality. Here are pros and cons: Pros: - 8 gauge deck with robust lift pin pockets, stiffening ribs on top and underneath deck. Heavy duty tail wheel with solid rubber tire - gearbox and PTO shaft are heavy duty - good design and replaceable front, rear and sides guards Cons: - placing order via phone with Sales team member Caleb well but I was told I will be getting expedited shipping. It took 2 weeks for delivery! - warranty for the gearbox is 1 year only. Other brands offer a 5-year warranty! - the stump jumper steel is very thin which is likely to get damaged/ bent with normal use - no grease fitting on tail wheel bearings ( sealed bearings hopefully!) - I had a problem with one of the blades pin being tight on blade allowing it not to pivot freely on the stump jumper. I had to call customer service for resolution, thus the terrible experience with Titan customer service as noted below - when I called customer service, I spoke with a lady with oriental accent! She had no idea of what I was talking about! I’m talking to her from my farm with no internet! She had no equipment knowledge and asked for part number, pictures, etc which I had no access to ( no printed manual with my order, must download from internet!). I finally hung up and sent my salesman a note about the problem. Then Lloyd called me and I tried to explain my issue, he had no knowledge or idea of my issue. He said he must send my request to their team for review and resolution and asked for pictures which does not add any evidence of a stuck pin. This went on for days back and forth and asked me to loosen the pin nut which is against the specs and is dangerous for safe operation. That did not solve the problem as I explained and expected! Many days later, I had to convince them the pin shoulder was not machined correctly and needed replacement pin assembly which was eventually shipped. What a disaster of a customer service! Titan must streamline their customer service with knowledgeable personnel. People that buy these equipment are farmers and construction workers and don’t want to talk to a foreigner from far east who keep apologizing and has no clue about the equipment and then an English speaking person with no equipment knowledge and he must act as a go in between to another team to help resolve the issue which takes days back and forth! This is a no go and not acceptable. I was considering purchasing additional Titan equipment but I’m done based on terrible customer service experience! FIX CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE!

The 72" finish mower I just purchased seems to work well. I'm very disappointed in the way titan is handling the mix up in the extra blades that were ordered with the attachment. I called to straighten up the order and got a complete runaround. It's been weeks since I got the order. Still no conclusion. I only wanted to return the blades sent and pay the extra 20$ to get the proper ones. Easy peasy I thought. But apparently titan just doesn't care. So, what will happen if I actually have a problem with the 5 pieces of equipment I've purchased from titan so far? I need a grapple bucket yet and a forestry mulcher. I'll eat the cost of the blades I can't use, no problem, but I'm not going to purchase from a company I cannot trust. So remove me from your Email and I won't bother your company again. Equipment looks good but it was delivered 100 yards from the house out by the road and I can’t use the mower because my tractor doesn’t have rear hydraulics connected which will cost another $1000. This should be listed as a requirement on your website
