“If there was ever a zero star review called for this has to be it. I was referred by my Rippa Dealer to Titan with the understanding that I rerport back my thoughts on buying from them. I ordered this attachment and it was shipped promptly, but apparently to the wrong address as FedEx tried for two day to find me even though they deliver to me quite frequently. Titan customer support was polite but ineffective in resolving the issue and eventually told me a replacement would be sent when FedEx verified to return of the original to Titan. I received notice of delivery to Titan of the original shipment, and called to see where the replacement was only to find out that now there would not be a replacement but a refund at some point in the future. After a week still no refund or notice of one being issued. Its not going to be good report to the referrer.”

“Standard pallet 36inch forks. Fast shipping , fits perfect on my JD4110. Super easy to get on and off. Welds are perfect and the product is extremely well built.”

“Love my mower, however attempting to secure replacement shear bolts for the PTO has yeilded negative results, sought after at local harware stores, nearby bolt factory, and TSC. When I resorted to customer service, HE advised buying whole new PTO assembly, AI chat advised M8 x 50mm grade 2, but customer service did not possess this information nor attempt to assist, rather HE was looking to sell another whole new PTO assembly. I said hammer anvils are available for replacement, why not shear bolts? By design shear bolts break to prevent damage to equipment. Shear bolts are first in line to fail, they should be first in availability.”

“The quick attach mounting does not fit on my quick attach tractor. Only one of my pins can secure the frame, the other is blocked by metal between a wide cutout and a narrow cutout. Then my 48" forks had some weld that had to be grinded down to fit the clearance of the frame to slide into position. Ultimately these were just inconveniences that slowed my first use down, but if you need a worry free first use proceed with caution. I do not plan on returning these because the overall quality is meeting my expectations, though their attention to detail hasn't impressed me.”

“Everythign I have purchased from Titan has performed extremely well. Yes, it's probably all built in China but the other brands probably are too, and they are far more expensive. If you watch, Titan has sales all the time... be patient and strategic. My flail mower has been awesome, and I use the crud out of it... I have had to replace belts, and I need new skids, but overall, it has performed well. Service has always been helpful as well.”

“1 fork received with the locking pin bent. So it won't lock in place. Both forks required time consuming grinding. Poor clean up on the welding and clearances wouldn't allow fitting onto the bars.”
