“Very well made, the shipping was ROUGH crate fell apart”

“Horrible. It's been two weeks and my order is "lost" Rather than make it right and ship my item, they continue to send emails that they are trying to locate it and will not take any calls. I seriously doubt this review gets any attention.”

“Just received the wood chipper and took two of us to put it together more easily. Only have two issues with it; first, it showed up missing a bolt and secondly, it was made in China. When I ordered, I look for American made, and when it arrived with China stickers all over it, I was not pleased to say the least. Afterwards I went back and see it says "engineered in USA"... Hmmmm... They got me!!! LOL. But I did test it on several limbs and it appears to bo working good. Was impressed on how quick it was delivered to my front door; less than 24 hours after ordering, it was here, and it came from another state.”

“I ordered your 'spade attachment' to attach to my tractor 'fork lift forks', and to attach to my 'tractor bucket'.. The threaded holes to make the attachment were incorrectly tapped, I assume at the manufacturer, and after several notifications to 'Titan' no one seems to care about my problem attachment...”

“The 3 point skidding winch attachment is insanely good! I’ve been using electric winches for about 5 years and just purchased this skidding winch. It’s truly a game changer and adds a decent amount of counter weight at around 700 lbs. This is a perfect addition to my sawmill business!”
