“Mower arrived in enclosed crate by RL carriers,assembled per instructions as indicated by the manual online PDF file. Assembly is relative easy but some steps require 2 people at times. All parts needed for assembly as indicated in the manual were present when the mower arrived. All bolts and nuts should be checked for tightnes before use, operates as expected for homeowner noncommericial use overall would purchase again.”

“Ordered a replacement hydraulic cylinder for my Titan grapple. The first new cylinder I received was leaking worse than my old cylinder. Titan sent a new cylinder out quickly. So far, it is working out ok but have not put much use on it yet. I hated that I wasted my time and materials replacing the first one and it was a failure. Titan wouldn't offer any money back for my wasted effort.”

“Quality of the welds is shameful. Looks like they spent more time grinding than welding. I feel sorry for the poor kid that put it together. Factory should have some training and quality control.”

“Attempted to purchase 8 months ago. It was out of stock. Received an email that it was back in stock and purchased immediately. Received the forks and the order showed nothing more coming. Went thru a good hassel to find a live person to talk to. They advised it was on backorder. Advised it would be shipped in 2 months. Nothing. Called again and they advised it would be another month. None of this communication without me contacting them. Finally received the product and it must be reinforced to use.”

“This is a really solid frame and the spear with the tapering abov the locking nut pulls in nice and snug. I bought this for my Kubota L2501 with quick attach loader system and it fits great but you do have to make sure you center it to lock down both the levers - no big deal, you just might need to nudge it over a 1/4 inch or so if it does't lock down one side. Great value, heavy duty enough to manage anything within my loader capacity.”
