“The U bolt bracket fastening the lift arms to the plow bent with only 1 usage. Correct depth was used during the plow so it seems to be a manufacturing defect. They also don’t have the ability to replace said part.”

“Everything was going good until Fed Ex showed up to deliver the forks and frame. He told me the other fork would be showing up tomorrow which it never did. I’m assuming it got lost somewhere in the shipping process”

“Arrived in secure crate/pallet. Easy to assemble. Quality construction and works exactly as advertised. Attached to a Kubota U-55 excavator, it allows for an extended reach and use.”

“One of the front wheels broke during the first hour of use. It was replaced under warranty in about a week. This was a pretty easy process. Next the safety chains broke twice, finally went and bought some good quality chain and replaced it. The center blade came loose and I had to tighten that up too. I will be seeking a service manual soon, if one is available.”

“I looked at different Flail Mowers read all reviews and compared prices. The 65" I was interested in was on Sale so I bought it. The customer Rep was very helpful and to my surprise it came in 2 days later. I had a friend to come over and help put it together which was very easy. after a couple of adjustments it was working fine. Only was able to use it once since bought. J Payne”
