“Delivery was delayed due to holiday week (expected); After assembly the platform appeared to be sturdy and functional, however, upon closer inspection, harness safety tie of rings were poorly welded with high-low of weld on one, and a large pinhole and slag deposit in the other. These rings will be replaced at my own expense because I don't trust the integrity of the organizations quality control, or their welding processes. They have been working with me to make ammends, so I will see how that works out, however, one of the most important components for the safety of personnel using the platform was severely compromised.”
