“Ordered the Euro Global hay spear, was told it was what I needed. When it arrived it doesn't line up. I have to get a local shop to weld the changes to fit my tractor.”

“The clamp-on pallet forks I recently ordered thru Titan, to use on my compact tractor, and on my mini-skidster are so much easier for me to install than struggling with the quick-tach pallet forks on my bigger tractor (which I suspect were bent when a neighbor that is new to farming borrowed my big tractor)”

“Titan still has not been able to locate my order. They try to blame it on a weather storm that has passed about 2 weeks ago now. They asked me to try to locate it with the shipping company They used, however they could not provide a tracking #. A day ago I asked them to cancel my order. So they informed me i would be billed all sorts of return and restocking fees. At that point I was thinking this titan company was a scam. Funny enough, today I got a call from a different shipping company saying they think they have a load coming in for me. I don't know if the order is canceled, in transit, or lost. I do know that titan has a serious issue with customer service and being able to track equipment they supposedly sold. However they had no issue charging my cc about 3 weeks ago, not items that should have been here the following week. So I'll give it another day to hear from this new shipper before canceling my charge through my cc company. This has not been a fun process of purchase, if this is even a legitimate company.”
