“This bucket is well built and should work just fine. Delivery was quick. Now I see it on sale for 45% off but Titan will not work with me on that after just a few hours after purchase. Oh well, their return policy and price protection policies are about as good as no policies at all. Considering how well most of their products are made and their large selection it is too bad that they can't have a better customer service organization with US baised support. I will probably purchase more products but sure wish they could improve some aspects of their customer service.”

“60” John Deer compatible root rake grapple. Customer care was alright to work with. They did answer most questions. Went online to order. Not bad. Shipping was quick. FedEx had a few issues but received grapple when scheduled. Grapple shipping crate was great. Easy to remove and get grapple out. Had issues with John Deer quick connect pin on grapple. One was not rotated correctly. I had to take a hammer to drive keeper pin in on one of the pins. Have not contacted titan to see what my options are. Both pins on bottom of hydraulic cylinder were missing serk fittings. They did have an arrow showing where to grease Reached out to customer and they are sending 2. Spent the day playing with 60” root rake grapple with John deer compatible quick connect. What a beast. Lots of big steel. Does exactly what I want it to do. I wish Titian had more operation information in book or manual. Or better yet do a YouTube. Example: should top rake be wide open or closed when back raking with top rake. When back raking with bottom rake should you keep top rake close or open. When digging with bottom rake should top rake be wide open or closed. If you push small trees should top rake be open or closed. Any other techniques to use so as not to damage grapple. I have a John Deer 5403 and this grapple works perfectly with this tractor. Overall one happy customer. And oh by the way I used a bicycle tube tied to grapple hydraulic hose to keep up and out of way. Attached it to brush guard on tractor.”

“Haven't had the chance to use the pallet forks yet, but you asked me how you guys did. The product came scratched in several places, yes I know it will get scratched with use, however, when buying a new product, you want the equipment to look new, not used. Now this could have been the shippers fault, but some wrapping probably would have kept this from happening.”

“HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE TOOLS I HAVE PURCHASED FROM TITAN, ALTHOUGH THE LAST TOOL I JUST ( DEBRIS TOOL ) THE STANDS (LEGS ) THAT HOLD THE TOOL UPRIGHT WHEN NOT IN USE DIDNT LAST VERY LONG. THEY ARE MUONTED TO THE OUTTER PART OF THE TOOL AND GOT BROKEN THE 1ST TIME IT WAS USED. IT CAME WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS , JUST THE LEGS AND A HARDWARE BAG SO I JUST ASSUMED HOW IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ASSEMBLED. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SOME CALL ME SOMETIMES TO DISCUSS THE LEGS AND MAYBE GET SOME REPLACEMENTS , THANKS KENNY 270-860-1317 ( CELL)”

“The attachment itself seems to be good quality. Apparently fedex wanted to test the strength of the unit because the packaging was destroyed when they left it. Worked as advertised, see how it holds up over the years.”

“The 3 point attachment adapter was delivered in a timely manner and operates/fits as advertised. I did not experience any of the common problems (e.g., missing parts, poor fit and finish) noted in reviews. However, I have not used it much and have not tried all the attachments I want to use with it so I have not fully tested it over the long term. Time will tell if my review would change. I do have one suggestion. As noted in several reviews, the top link is a Cat 2, requiring a Cat 2-1 bushing in order to properly attach Cat 1 implements. This should be stated in the specifications or noted somewhere in the ad/description. A bushing should be provided with the attachment since most users will likely be using Cat 1 implements. In my case, I had to drive almost an hour to a farm supply store to get a bushing. Even though I knew about the issue, I did not want to buy a bushing in advance of delivery in case I needed to return the adapter for some reason and have no use for the bushing.”
