“Works great, but now I found it on Amazon for more than four hundred dollars less”

“The unit arrived with only one bolt for attaching the spade to the frame. Needed two. The bolt that did come with it was too long so the nut ran out of threads before being able to tighten the bolt. I had to find another bolt and use several washers on the bolt provided to be able to cinch the bolt for tightness. Need to ship with two bolt and shorter bolts for proper attachement”

“The attachments arrived faster than expected. Heavy duty construction, only wish they were tighter on my quick attach. I have a John Deere 240 skid steer and the attachment plates are loose, have about 1/2” play. I may have to shim.”

“The product was perfect the box and hardware not so much. Fed ex made a mess of the box. The box would have to be 2 inches thick for it to hold up. Im still waiting on all the hardware.”

“The attachment delivery was just as promissed ( on time and in tact ). The rake was easy to put together although the expanded blow up could have been a little bigger. Overall the rake works very good. It does need more weight as it wants to ride up and not go or stay in the soil when it hits moderate sized roots or debris.”

“Seems to be well built. But owning a weld shop, I know a thing or two about fabrication, paint and shipping. Issues: 1. The tiller arrived scratched and dinged up in a few spots.. the scratch is roughly 2’ long , through the paint / powder coat. 2. Parts of the unit are well made: drive shaft, gearbox, 3 pt hitch assemble, shaft from gear box to gear box and tiller blade assembly . The tiller body and rear door/guard is another story. Weld look adequate but the paint prep is very poor. The soot and spatter from the welds was never cleaned. Then to top it off, the LTL shipper stuck a sticker to the body and rear door of the tiller and when I removed it, the paint /coating came off with the sticker. Again, it looks like the metal was never cleaned prior to painting.I am very unhappy about this. I have pics to prove. Shipping time was above expectations.. 2-3 day delivery… 👍🏼👍🏼 I’ve put 1-2 hrs on the tiller and it work really good but Titan failed in the quality and customer satisfaction department. This wouldn’t happen in my shop. If Titan needs me to help solve the issues, I’d be happy to discuss this further..”

“The attachment is nice I like it, haven’t had a chance to use it yet. But on arrival there was a missing bolt that locks the moving parts in place. No big deal went and bought a bolt to work and put lock tight on every other bolt”

“We bought the tool rolling cart with adjustable height. It’s rated 200 lbs. we bought it to hold our champion generator which is 101 lbs. idea is to store on cart when we aren’t using it in back of pickup camping. Less lifting to just move from pickup tailgate to rolling cart. Problem found cart slants as top tray isn’t designed to hold this weight. We have to move generator all way to one side where post leg is strongest. It’ll work keeping positioned on cart in one spot”

“Everything was delivered as expected and the order was completed the only issue is I couldn’t get everything I wanted to complete the repairs on my fronthoe attachment hopefully the parts will be available soon”

“Overall, very satisfied. Shipping crate was damaged upon arrival - bottom was broken. Also, hydraulic piston was installed backwards - made it very confussing to assemble correctly…and, owners manual/assembly instructions were for a different model.”

“The order process was OK, but I had to search to find how to order "Standard" shipping instead of "Economy" - I needed the equipment on time, and wanted a shorter delivery schedule. Even though I paid extra for the Standard shipping, there were several frustrating delays in delivery. But, it got here barely in time for me to use it, and in good condition, in spite of a delay due to shipping damage (mostly packaging and minor cosmetic damage).”

“I've never had a good experience with SAIA Freight. Was called the day before and told them a 53' truck would not be able to turn into my driveway. She said she'd send a box truck. What shows up... A 53' truck. I had to scramble to get my tractor with forks while he blocked high speed traffic. No cones or an assistant. I removed the attachment with no problems. The driver was very nice and smart.”

“The chopper was just what I had hoped for. Well packaged and not a scratch on it. I have used it for about three hours so far. It’s exactly what I was looking for in a chopper to take care of about four acres of open field and some paths through the woods.”
