this has been a nightmare. First I order a ramp that shows up late by a few days in a box it's been destroyed it was missing two parts. I've now waited another 10 days or so to get the two parts, only to find out that the wheel stop holes don't lineup please see pictures. Center to center on the ramp is approximately 4 inches it's 3 1/4 inches on the actual tire stop. Tell me I'm putting it together the wrong way but I certainly feel I'm do some type of partial refund for all my trouble. I've missed several trips I was planning because it's been over a month dealing with this. I can probably make this part work by reg drilling because I really don't wanna wait another week or two for the right part to come if in fact it's the right part. Extremely unhappy and unimpressed. Ironically I received five emails on "how did we do" it would be nice if somebody listened. Regards Petet

First time to purchase AR500 steel plates from anyone. Speed of shipment, communication and quality of product was superior. Will buy from them again.

FedEx handling of the package was atrocious: there were multiple scratches, dents, and scrapes to the aluminum and 2 sizable HOLES in the frame making it structurally useless.

Ordered 10 FT HD Wide 4 Beam UTV Ramps. They work great. Very happy. Easily holds my four wheeler. Can walk up these ramps.

I ordered a 10 ft ramp it was delivered damaged we sent pictures and asked the company to honor a discount because we are still looking for a welder I even reached out to Amazon for help because it's one of there distributors you wouldn't work with them either.so you want me to return it but you state you don't have any more in stock.what kind of company does this absolutely no customer service no accountability also very rude . I will continually post negative on this company.

Unit was damaged in shiipmt, aluminum frame end bent,some slats on base weld we’re broken,box was in bad condition,I should have rejected shipment of this unit! The other varied with double ramp, was in better condition, I will be able to use it, but NOT the aluminum one the black frame is much better quality, so very please with it. Thanks Ron graf Disabled Veteran 100%.

Package was completely open on arrival, refused delivery. Next delivery was sent to wrong address.

The product actually arrived in good condition, you should have a discussion with FedEx though. For two days it said it was on the truck and it wouldn’t be delivered on the third day I called them and they said they can’t deliver it until they repackage the product because of damage.

Was not happy with the check out process and the banner which promised a discount and did not deliver. Their prices are advertised as sale prices for months on end which by law in most states is the price and no longer a sale price. You can buy the same ramp elsewhere for $339.00... This first set we bought was for our daughter... We will buy the other units, for us. Grace Jalamana, negative results, negative consequences.

Ramps are great. Box was pretty beat up. Fed EX delivered it to the wrong address. I have a retail business at this address. But I had to go pick it up at the appartments next door. Dennis

Carton extensively damaged with broken, missing and rusted component parts. I sent an email same day received to Titan and have yet to hear back. I will not accept the unit in the condition it is in! It needs to be picked up and replaced. Thanks.
