Great product but missing one bracket

I was told by your sales that the quick release adapter for the loader I bought from you would work 100% but got unit 2 brackets missing and I have to weld them on. Guess what i dont have a welder. I called Titan and had to fight to get someone who spoke understanding ENGLISH to tell me you will take back the products and THEY were sorry for all my problems. I have purchased from you A Rake, A Plow, A 4'Disc system, but I'am done with a non understanding speaking Company. GOOD BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Carol, thank you for the review and my apologies about this. I have had a chance to check and the 6 ft. Ramps on your order would be compatible with our 6 ft. Wheelchair Entry Ramp. I can see that you ordered a 10 ft. Folding Ramp based on the email you sent on 09/19. My apologies again as our rails are compatible with a ramp of the same length and if the ramp is from the same category as the rails. I can see however that a return was keyed on 09/21 and a refund has been issued on 10/06. My apologies again. I hope you'll give us another chance.

The ramp (10 ft.) arrived without handrails. Dr.s would not approve the ramp alone. W/O handrails the ramps are useless.

Bought these ramps for our roll in dock to pull it out of the lake one time and the dock destroyed them? Ramps are supposed to be rated at 1000lbs ea. NOT!! Used them one time and 6 welds broke on one ramp, very disappointed.

you send me the wrong item ,you send me short chains for trailer hitch and not my 3 ball hitch , i send you an e-mail , now you say you need pictures, sorry i dont know how to do that, I dont know how you dont know what you send me,

Everything was fine with the ramp. It was delivered in great condition and on time. The hand rails are another story. I heard from the warehouse once over a week ago and nothing since. Hope they come soon.

The ramp came fully assembled and only needed to add bolts to tie the receiver sleeve into the actual ramp. The anti-wobble bracket makes it really sturdy.

I was very disappointed in my cargo baskets. I purchased the set of front and rear baskets to put on my 2015 and 2016 Honda Ranchers. Neither basket fits on either ATV with the main brackets, all the holes are drilled right over the rack bars. Then trying to use the alternate method is danged near impossible, since its so hard to get your hand under the rack to attach the nut to the bolt. I had to get different bolts since these were too long and hit the frame of the 4-wheeler. The brackets are poor quality and just bend when you tighten the bolts. The quality of these baskets is much lower than the previous brand I bought, that basket has to weigh around double this basket, just has much heavier gauge metal and more reinforcements.

Contacted Titan prior to order shipping. Got the run around with the person on the other end. The person finally told me they would cancel the order. Four hours later, notified by FEDEX my order had been picked up. I called FEDEX and told them I would not accept the package and they might as well return to the originator. I have not received the package, and will not accept the package if it arrives. I will never do any business with this company and must state - BUYER BEWARE - this company will do anything to rip you off.

Hi Donny, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and due to fast turn around times, most changes cannot be change or cancelled once they are placed; except for orders for items on Back Order or for orders that needs verification. Your request to cancel the order was received via phone call 24 hours after the order was placed. Once an order for an in stock are sent immediately to our warehouse team for processing and to eliminate clerical errors on orders, they are processed as soon as it has been received with the information attached to them; My apologies again as our warehouse team cannot make changes to the orders and the only option would be to reroute the shipment back via a carrier request. I can see however that a return order has been processed and a refund will be issued once it has been received.

The ramps snapped while our golf cart was in mid air, almost causing bodily harm to myself and flipping the gold cart completely over on its side. Luckily the two front wheels ended up on the tail gate. But as the one side snapped into pieces and dropped and the other side bending and buckling, we had to stack pallets and run to find a neighbor for help to get the golf cart down off the truck and off the other side of the ramp that was extremely unsafe and bending and one wheel up in the air. Our golf cart was WAY below the weight expectations, these were brand new right out of the box. My husband could have seriously been hurt, the golf cart could have seriously been damaged. I am expecting a full refund ASAP.
