The ramp is perfect. My daughter is able to come in/out of the house independently. The ramp folds & has a handle which makes it perfect if we’re going to places without ramps because we can easily take it with us.

Company very communicative when ordering. Delivered quickly. However, it was too heavy for me to lift. Cannot get information on how to return. Now company very uncommunicative.

The ramp is bent it also has broken reflectors there were no instructions the folds down ramp is warped I want to return this asap but no one will respond one been trying since I received it

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Will not honor their warranty as stated on their website — supposedly all products have a 1-year warranty. The 10 foot ramp had a broken hinge upon unpackaging, was defective, I sent pictures, and they will not replace it in a timely manner or give me a refund. You get the runaround via email and on the phone.

All experience was very good. They From order to receipt of ramp was quick, No delays or damaged. We have not taken the mobility scooter out for a test drive on the ramp as yet. Hopefully all will be good at that point.

this has been a nightmare. First I order a ramp that shows up late by a few days in a box it's been destroyed it was missing two parts. I've now waited another 10 days or so to get the two parts, only to find out that the wheel stop holes don't lineup please see pictures. Center to center on the ramp is approximately 4 inches it's 3 1/4 inches on the actual tire stop. Tell me I'm putting it together the wrong way but I certainly feel I'm do some type of partial refund for all my trouble. I've missed several trips I was planning because it's been over a month dealing with this. I can probably make this part work by reg drilling because I really don't wanna wait another week or two for the right part to come if in fact it's the right part. Extremely unhappy and unimpressed. Ironically I received five emails on "how did we do" it would be nice if somebody listened. Regards Petet

FedEx handling of the package was atrocious: there were multiple scratches, dents, and scrapes to the aluminum and 2 sizable HOLES in the frame making it structurally useless.
