YOUR COMPANY SENDS ME A DEFECTIVE UNIT. AFTER 4 DAYS OF SPEAKING TO 3 PEOPLE AT TITAN, SENDING 3 CLEAR PHOTOS OF YOUR DEFECTIVE UNIT TO YOUR PEOPLE, NOT ABLE TO USE THIS DEFECTIVE UNIT FOR SAFETY REASONS, AND WAITING FOR A RESPONSE TO GET MY MONEY BACK, I FINALLY GET THE EMAIL BELOW. NOW I WILL NEED TO WAIT UP TO 90 DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I purchased a 9.5ft ramp with rails. I got 2 rails no ramp. You are more concerned about getting your rails back then to ship me a ramp. The error is your mistake but I’m paying the price for your mistake.

THIS IS NOT A JAB AT TITAN RAMPS but please for the love of jesus christ stop using fed ex to ship your products. We dont even have a choice. Yall have my orders sent out ASAP and its great but damn, fedex is delay after delay after delay after delay. The 2 orders i have got off yall, between them both i have been delayed about 10 times. Everytime i something shipped and i see fed ex i can usually expect an extra week of delay, IF I CAN EVEN GET IT TO BEGIN WITH!!
