“I recently bought some solar garden lights online. When they arrived, one set was not working and I sent them back. I had to pay for delivery even though they were faulty. I rang customer services and was advised by the customer services representative that I would be refunded by cheque. This has not happened. In addition to this, 2 of the other sets go off intermittently. I will not be buying online from TJ's again.”

“My order was placed on the 28th October. Rec'd email from YODEL that delivery would be on the 3rd. Rec'd another email from YODEL changing delivery to 8th. Hopefully delivery will be tomorrow Tuesday 8th.Delivery has now arrived10th november

“Perfumes came in two separate orders. Very confusing on website. Also was delivered to local wilkinson store and they went mad saying they don't take deliveries for others!”

I can also explain that we dispatch items from 2 warehouses - so this is where your order was "split". Once again, thank you for your feedback - we will take improvements from this.

“We purchased a 12 piece patio set which looks really good and is a good price. However getting it delivered has been a nighmare. My first two orders online were cancelled by the system. The third order was manually put through by customer services but the courier smashed the table in transit. They then returned the items tp TJ Hughes but I was not informed. After waiting for this item to arrive I contacted Customer Services who explained what had happened and ordered a replacement table. When the replacement item arrived there was no sign of the rest of the set and no one seemed to know where it was. Customer Services ordered the rest of the set on express delivery for me. A week later I chased them again and it hadn't even been dispatched. When it finally did arrive some of the cushions were missing so anther call was needed to customer services! Finally after about 6 weeks I have the full set and it looks really nice. Just in time to pack it all away for the winter!”
