“Bought jukebox as gift for granddaughters christmas online in I/2 price black Friday sale After taking delivery days later it was advertised instore with a further £20 reduction, Emailed them politely asking for explanation Totally ignored my email so BEWARE”

“The website did not give confirmation of order so I ended up ordering 2 of the same item. I still had nothing to confirm so went out and bought the item. I received 2 e mail's a couple of days later to say the items were ready to collect. The refunds were done quickly and efficiently.”

“I like ordering from TJ Hughes because I get really good bargains in all departments. They keep in constant touch with you by email so you always know when your delivery is coming. This time I ordered a branded, hooded men's top which was such good value I had to order it even though I had finished my Christmas shopping. When I need to buy gifts for friends and family I always check with TJs first to find that special bargain. You can even pay with PayPal which makes it a very reliable way of shopping. I would recommend TJ's as one of the best one-stop shops online”

“Bought a sandwich toaster, cheaper than anywhere else we could find the same model. We weren't sure exactly which day it was going to arrive, but, it came within a few days, and they followed our instructions as to where to leave it.”
