“Ordered ring 2/8/20 had to be resized this was done and since 14:8/20 no one in TJC can tell me where my ring is different story each time this is a£1k ring couldn’t care less attitude”

“Bought 3 items of jewellery and stones fell out of all 3. I emailed but got no response only to then be told I shouldn’t have emailed and I was now outside the 30 days. A promised supervisor call never happened then I rang again and was then cut off. Poor quality items and hiding behind their “policy” disgraceful”

“I would give you less an 1 star if it would let me . But you are not bothered about all your customer complaints anyway I was advised by one of your advisors to send back a Donna bella heat brush .i tried one stand of hair this has not been used ! That is something completely different and you only know because i told you on the form there is NOhair ect on the brush .I rang your customer service what a waist of time! I am not surprised you have so many angry customers and bad review this is bad practice I think you should look into this and sort things out with views who have brought thing in good faith and had I thrown back in there face. I am very angry you should take a look at QVC and what they do that what you call good service and values”

“I ordered. What I thought was opatra lux brush £89.99..received item. The brush did not have opatra on it like the other opatra tools. Then while online seen exactly the same brush. From China. The manufacturer of the brush. £17.00 Inc delivery.. Went ahead and ordered. That is £72.00 different excluding delivery. cost. I'm not happy. Sent opatra brush back to tjc within the 30 days.. They refused the return... Now I do not trust this shopping channel.. Not good customer service.”

“I ordered two face masks and although they are both coming in the same parcel the postal charge is £5.98!. An exorbitant price. I have spoken to Customer Services who were extremely rude and unhelpful and totally disinterested. Please do not buy from this shabby outfit. The presenters come over as charming, but they are selling absolute rubbish.”

“I am so disappointed with this rope chain for 149.99 item 3583920 and extortionate postage charges of £4.99!!! This chain is hollow cheap tat! Not what the presenter described and definitely not the chain I thought I was buying! It doesn't look real, there is no weight to it for this price I could and will go to a reputable honest company and spend my cash there for something that does not resemble something from a second hand costume jewellery store!!”

“I will never buy another item from TJC bought a 9ct necklace in early March and never received it. Will not take emails and had to call 4 times from Ireland each call over 30 mins. Despite being assured on each occasion that I would get a refund I had to go to PayPal in mid May to force one and only received this early in June no communication from TJC no apology that’s how they treat a customer of over 10 years. Necklace cost £280 far too much to be out of pocket”

“I'm not dissatisfied with anything the item that tjc are selling at the moment was shingle 3 black and not pink closed toe Gola I found these exact items on Amazon for just under £23 including free delivery and tjc are selling them for £21.99 p&p is £4.99 that's £26.98 people that are watching this item really need to price check .”

“Last 2 times I've ordered my item hasn't arrived.No communication.ive rang customer services and they don't know what your on aboutor put you through To a different dept and thencutyou off after waiting to get through for 20 mins.Terrible service,expensive p&p.”

“TJC sells SANKOM Bras on their TV and internet site. On TV, they apparently say that the largest size 9XXXL) fits UK size 22, but on the Internet site it is given as UK Size 32+! This disgraceful misrepresentation has been reported to Trading Standards, and last week to ASA. If ANYTHING is not as advertised, you are entitled to cost plus P&P back, and as their Customer Service staff are SO UNWILLINGto help the customers, and correct their own faulty advertising, i recommend that you do likewise. DO NOT LET THEM OFF THE HOOK. If they misdescribed an item, they are acting illegally, so report to ASA & TRADING STANDARDS, and never forget that Customers Have Rights! If they deny you your rights, take them to court!”

“Ordered mask on 08/06 by phone Confirmation txt same day, 09/06 txt to say dispatched! On 18/06 I phoned to enquire on progress on parcel, to be told no sign of order, or dispatched txt? Agent was going to pass on info to manager? No contact yet, I phoned again, after finding out £9.99 (no p&p?) deducted from my account? To be informed after 20mins. on phone waiting for guy to make enquires, it was dispatched, and on the 15/06, delivery was refused, and returned? We have been in lockdown for 14 weeks, There was no notification from Royal Mail, as usual? Tesco delivered that day between 11 & 12, AND we have security cameras on front door, which can confirm, no delivery? Anyway, how can they deliver an item, they can’t find any details for on their Web site? They also say they cannot refund my money, until they receive returned item???”

“I ordered a gift for Fathers Day. The William Hunt Set. The box it came in was badly damaged and the gift box was damaged too. It wasn't sealed and had obviously been bought before, opened and used and sent back. I have been told to return for a refund. I now have to buy a new box to send it back, Thoroughly disgusted.”

“I bought a pack of the 3-ply face masks. Because I was self-isolating, and lockdown has been eased, I didn't have the opportunity to try them until a couple of days ago. From a pack of 10 only 4 have been usable!! The elastic which is meant to go round your ears has broken off from the mask, there are gaps in the fitting and, in my opinion, a substandard product. I contacted customer services who said that because the 30day time limit had expired there was nothing they could do. I explained that I hadn't left the house so couldn't know what sort of quality they were. Customer services were intractable and would not offer a refund although they said they would get someone to contact me........I'm still waiting. Certainly not a product or company I could recommend.”

“Partner bought me an engagement ring to replace my previous one, less than 24 hours later a, stone had fallen out and another is loose. It came with a certificate but that means nothing. Was told when I called that it can't be returned as the tag has been removed and would have to pay for repair. Disgusted ans very disappointed.”

“Bought two of the scarf masks they are horrible wouldn’t protect you from anything they are poorly constructed and are polyester which doesn’t allow your skin to breathe.you would be better tying an everyday neck scarf around your face. A total rip off more garbage from China. First time I have bought from this company and will certainly be the last.”

“Be careful about buying 'considered' purchases values. Bought a 14ct gold ring back in 2019 being assured during the auction that it was a rare gemstone, valuable, no longer being mined, so was a considered purchase price. Saw same ring earlier this year on TJC and the price dropped by £200! Very upset as that devalued my purchase, and made me wonder if I had been duped. Wrote twice now to TJC but totally ignored. Their Customer Service is non existent, no one ever gets back to you. Won't be buying from this company any time soon. And this new way of presenting makes me mad. Why have Presenters if Nitesh etc come on and turn it into a market stall auction. Let the Presenters like Mark (who know their stuff) present, and stop keep saying "look at this, look at this"”

“Wow this morning i got the most prompt service i have ever received from any company.. I had a problem with some towels that i bought last week. i had not even spoken to anyone from TJC just put a complaint on here. The lady that phoned was very apologetic . She had already refunded my money, and was genuinely very sorry for the towels. I have used TJC over the years and had never had a problem before . Bought some lovely jewelry so have no more complaints. Thanks TJC .”

“I am so sick. Bought these 3 bath towels from Egypt. Washed them in the washing machine and it totally clogged up the washing machine with fluff. I put one in the bath to see if it was still losing pile. The water was black with fluff.Black towels i didn't say. Anyway i tried to rinse them out 4 times and gave up in the end. I am so upset..Havn't bothered calling yet after seeing these reviews.”
