“I have been delighted with the majority of my purchases and the excellent service from TJC, particularly: beauty, jewellery and clothes. Recently, I was dissatisfied with an item and left a review saying why. I had a prompt written response to my review and an instant refund, even though I hadn’t requested it! I am a TJC Plus member, which is a fantastic add-on as it now appears to include a pre-paid label for returns. A minor suggestion for improvement is to make every product description detailed and crystal-clear. In addition, more information about exact sizing, fit and fabric composition of clothing would be invaluable.”

“I have had some lovely pieces of jewelry mainly rings. I prefer solid silver or gold, as I feel the overlaid silver can tarnish. Especially when using hand alcohol gel.”
