“Personal shopper gives good customer service. Tjc's format overall has changed too much, the hard sell of certain presenters is unbearable, reminds me of double glazing salesmen, plus the focus is on high end far too much. Don't watch or purchase as much as I used to.”

“I've shopped with TJC for many years and been please with most of my purchases and the service. But, at the moment I still have not received an item ordered over three weeks ago. I paid in full and the item was in stock. Not too happy! One whole month now, and I am still waiting for delivery. Very poor!.”

“There are very few things that have disappointed me and the main one was partly my fault for leaving it unopened for quite a while as it was goingvto be a gift at some point in the future. When I did open it to get ready to gift it was faulty but too late to send back.”

“Great products. I enjoy watching and have been with you for many years. My favourite presenters are Mark, Chloe and Kim. My least favourite presenter is Andy as I think he would sell anything and comes from a stick it high sell it low background. He also seems to say things that I find childish. The others are more authentic. Please don’t become like the old bid tv that went bust.”
