“On 14/11/21 I ordered 5 items. So far only 2 have arrived. I know you have been experiencing some problems with sending items but this is poor service. Could someone look into this. Thank you”

“I have just discovered TJC Beauty and have bought many items from them in recent days. I have found the service to be excellent. Their customer service was really helpful to me when I had a query. “I still haven’t received an item I ordered at the end of October. I have contacted TJC twice before and was told it was being sent, but I still haven’t received it. I have today requested a refund and wonder whether I will receive that!”
