“Had to make 4 calls and speak to 4 different people to get my problem solved. The first one didn't know her a..e from her elbow and would have been better employed at McDonalds. The last one was very knowledgeable and helpful and sorted it in minutes.”

“Bought a ring not cheap it had to be sent off to be resized was told contradictory information continually. Like when it wi be finished and returned. After many many emails and after speaking to 6 or 7 agents and after 6 dates went by I had to get a independent company involved to get a fair response as I'd waited over 3 mnts I received the ring back no apology no compensation nice ring but poor customer service”

“Bought an eternity ring,excellent quality , exactly as described, bought as a gift , requested a gift pack but the request disappeared when I came to pay for it. luckily my wife was overjoyed when she opened the box.”

“Bought 3 rings, engagement and two wedding rings, quality of diamonds and craftsmanship is outstanding, at a very reasonable price. Even arranged for resizing of one ring before delivery. Couldn't be happier. Would definately buy from them again.”

“Usually answer queries within 48 hrs, but on one occasion it took 2wks and didn’t actually address the query I raised. Delivery is usually with a few days, but my recent order took 11 days. Also although I ordered a Rhapsody ring it came in an Iliana box. When I queried this I was informed the Rhapsody box, was out of stock and they promised to send one on to me once they were back in stock. It would have been better if they had put a note in the parcel to explain this, especially as I had placed an high value order”

“These earrings are absolutely beautiful. They catch the light and look very pretty in the ears. I have never had a pair of earrings like them before the backs of the earrings you need to screw them on which I did find a little fiddly to start with, but I did buy these to be worn every day and once the butterfly back is in place they stay in place. I put the earrings on as soon as they arrived and I have not taken them off . You cannot even tell they are there because they are so comfortable. I would highly recommend these earrings .”
