“These earrings are absolutely beautiful. They catch the light and look very pretty in the ears. I have never had a pair of earrings like them before the backs of the earrings you need to screw them on which I did find a little fiddly to start with, but I did buy these to be worn every day and once the butterfly back is in place they stay in place. I put the earrings on as soon as they arrived and I have not taken them off . You cannot even tell they are there because they are so comfortable. I would highly recommend these earrings .”

“Always buy presents in the auctions, you get real bargains but sometimes you don’t know if you’ll get them as they put ‘out of stock’ items up for auction. Very strange but it’s happened twice this November.”

“You spend to long on one item maybe an hour it should be quicker. I like most of the presenters. Mostly all purchases I've liked. I'm fed up with the underwear 😒. It's an interesting program.”

“I have been bidding on the auctions and have won some of them .. but I have now discovered that I am being refunded for the items even though they are still on the site .. I have contacted customer services department waiting for a reply … are the auctions scams since I’m only getting a few of them and not all of them.. very upset customer”

“They haven't bothered to address my complaint (professionally), by personally emailing me in response, rather than consistently being a computer generated type etc. The issues being the quality of certain products received and the confused manner in which these purchases were presented (in my online account), including the spend figures etc - due to an IT problem they experienced. They should not think it appropriate here, to request me to contact them yet again, out of false concern and PR purposes. The ball has remained in their court!”
