“Always buy presents in the auctions, you get real bargains but sometimes you don’t know if you’ll get them as they put ‘out of stock’ items up for auction. Very strange but it’s happened twice this November.”

“You spend to long on one item maybe an hour it should be quicker. I like most of the presenters. Mostly all purchases I've liked. I'm fed up with the underwear 😒. It's an interesting program.”

“I have been bidding on the auctions and have won some of them .. but I have now discovered that I am being refunded for the items even though they are still on the site .. I have contacted customer services department waiting for a reply … are the auctions scams since I’m only getting a few of them and not all of them.. very upset customer”

“I think it's a great channel to watch as you get cheaper things to buy from you and the presenters are great people and i love buying off the channel and i would definitely recommend it to family and friends”

“They haven't bothered to address my complaint (professionally), by personally emailing me in response, rather than consistently being a computer generated type etc. The issues being the quality of certain products received and the confused manner in which these purchases were presented (in my online account), including the spend figures etc - due to an IT problem they experienced. They should not think it appropriate here, to request me to contact them yet again, out of false concern and PR purposes. The ball has remained in their court!”

“there are many bargains and that is good. but I have had dealings with the customer services and it was dreadful. I even got one email where they called me Anne instead of alan. also all this crackdown, slapdown, thunder, mega, payday, etc it is all very childish. it is an insult to the customer treating us like idiots. we are adults.”

“Telephone ordering / enquiries: the people I have spoken with have all been courteous; knowledgeable and helpful. Webb ordering: I am a technophobe but even I can do it. Deliveries: Delivery has been prompt and items have been well packaged. Refunds: Refunding has been prompt. Enquiries: Enquiries have been dealt with politely; efficiently and with good humour.”
