“Last couple of orders have been dealt very poorly. When I ordered online I never received any email confirming the order or when it’s going to be delivered. The same thing happened when I returned the item no email about receiving or refunding. Again this happened with the last item i ordered. I still waiting to hear from yourself regarding the refund. When I have ordered so many times before and this never happened before so what has changed now. Very very poor customer service. I don’t feel like ordering anymore from TJC”

“Bought over £200 within the last two months . I was astonished to see I had been charged £40, £3.99 per item when on the day I bought this items nothing was mentioned all day about having to pay for warranty of £3.99 per item. It was the pre Christmas special, everything under £20. When I finally received all the items (3 deliveries in total) I rang complaints to say why was the fact that warranty charge was never once mentioned . Was offered £10. Which I refused and asked to speak to someone higher. Never rang me back so rang again and young lady apologies and said I would be contacted. Yet again not! Have spent over the years thousands of pounds and am so disappointed with the aftercare I have received. NONE.”

“Lovely jewlery the customer care team are great there are to young ladies that I Usely speak to between 5 and9 pm.They are so happy to help with any problems that you have or if I want to order something..Nothing is never to much trouble for them.😃”

“Great products and prices. Maybe better camera work when showing the product on air. Maybe more of showing jewellery on the presenters to give us a better idea of reality. Also it would be great to be able to leave reviews about products I have purchased? There is nothing on Tjc website to enable this!!”

“I ordered a pair of earrings and despite waiting a month and asking where they were, was told they were being dispatched, paypal emailed me to tell me I recieved a refund. Why? Earrings still on sale and no explanation from TJC. Very disappointed and never got them”
