“If all goes well TJC is a great place to get reasonably placed jewellery. If anything goes wrong (maybe 20% of the time in my experience) then you'll need a lot of patience and tenacity. The customer service and problem resolution is in need of a total overhaul. Tickets are marked resolved when issues are still being investigated”

“I have been exceptionally disappointed by the after sales service ring despatched with no requested re-siezing had to send ring back at my own expense then never heard from TJC, rang today and told it will take 6-8 weeks to re-size asked for it to be returned but now not sure if they can send it back to me before Christmas. As this is for a ring for a 21st end of Nov totally unacceptable service. Asked for a refund to help pay for a local jewellery £60 to do the work and this was refused. So now no guaranteed delivery of ring so what a waste of time. Never again.”
