“This is the second crate I’ve received and I love it! I originally just purchased one single box for my boyfriend's birthday but we loved it so much we decided to sign up for a subscription. I read a lot of negative reviews, actually and I was surprised. I have not had any bad experiences with this company at all. My crate this month was actually delivered half a month early. It’s still the middle of August and I already got the September crate. The snacks are so great and both my boyfriend and I get so excited for this crate to come because there’s a great mix of salty, sweet, and savory snacks that always seem to hit the spot. Yes, I came here to maybe get picked to win some free stuff, but I LOVE this crate regardless!! If you like new and interesting treats try this crate! They have a little bit of everything to fit everyone’s tastes and it’s worth trying even just once. (My image does not do this crate justice as we have already eaten many of the snacks)”

“This company basically scammed me.
I have been waiting for my april box for soon half a year, and the only so-called help i get from customer support is them just asking me to "wait a little longer". They have been telling me to just wait a week longer for the past three months. Customer support have repeatedly sent me copy-paste messages, never really answering my questions or even trying to compensate for the delay. Even though this covid situation affects international shipping in general, this company has been so unprofessional, blaming everything on the circumstances but refusing to actually make up for any delays (ex. was asked to pay EXTRA to get my box shipped to me "quickly"). I've been using many other services requiring international shipping during this pandemic and they have been able to deliver, even the companies situated in Asia. So I don't see why this company can't do the same.
TLDR: This company is a scam. I've waited for soon half a year and the box has still not arrived. Customer support doesn't help you at all and is very impersonal. Super unprofessional company that i can honestly never recommend to anyone.”
“This was my first Tokyo Treat box and I am very satisfied, and also impressed. I have a subscription to another Japan themed snack box and wanted to see how you guys compared. I feel the overall quality of the snacks is higher with Tokyo Treat. There were more snacks brands that are known here in the U.S. but flavors only available in Japan. Thats pretty much why I get the box. Dont get me wrong I love trying something new I never heard of but the exclusive flavored kit-kats and hi-chews are where its at for me!”
