“Unfortunately they cannot track their parcels after they leave Japan. I live in the UK and only 1 out of 3 boxes have arrived. They do not offer refunds so I have lost my money. Would not recommend.”
“A good variety of snacks. Sometimes I feel like they’re very small for what I pay for them. I enjoy the variety of different drinks! Although as a good laugh with the family trying different foods and flavours it’s very good. Recently with all the covid situation a lot of my boxes were delayed which meant I got my August box about a week or so after the shipping notification and still hadn’t received my May or June or July box.”
“I subscribed to 3 months only. They RE-subscribed me for another 3 months without my permission. If I wanted it to be that way, wouldn’t I have just gotten a 12 month subscription. This company is a scam. I am working hard to make sure I get my money back. It’s insured that they would trick me into my money. The treats were not worth the hassle. I cancelled my subscription and even that was a trick because they didn’t want me to put a review by making the “submit” button not noticeable (sample in photo at bottom)”
“BE CAREFUL, this company is a scam!!! I haven't received anything!!! They are fast on getting your money, but once they have it, they simply have no respect for customers. As a birthday gift to my nieces, I have subscribed for both the Tokyo Treat and the No Make No Life 6 months premium. That costed me 384 USD (paid upfront). Now they are trying to force me to pay an additional 10.95 USD per month, per box for DHL shipment, which I have never asked for. Since they say they cannot cancel the subscription and reimburse me, they gave me one option only: NOT RECEIVE THE BOX. Yes, you heard me right. They are suggesting I simply opt not to receive the box. So I pay 384 USD and what my nieces will get for their birthday: NOTHING!!! If you are not yet a victim of this scam, please be careful! I don't want you to go through what am going through. I have no hopes that my nieces will get anything, nor will I get my money back. BE CAREFUL!!!!”
“I have been a customer with Tokyo Treat for a while. Since I cant afford to go to Japan as of yet, I decided to try these guys. My kids and I LOVE the treats. We get so excited to try all the goodies inside. I hate that Covid is making my boxes come late, but when it comes, I am extremely excited. One issue is that, sadly, my drink has expired in the box”

“I started tokyotreat boxes in june. The first 2 boxes took time to arrive in Canada. Quite normal with the covid19! But, received my july box less than 2 weeks ago and got my August one this morning! Amazing and tasteful snacks from Japan. Love to discover every snacks and to be able to share some with my family! 💚”
“I'm not convinced this isn't a scam - my box was apparently posted on the 8th of May and no sign of it when it is nearly August. TokyoTreat point blank refuse to refund you. Apparently they will only consider a refund if the box is returned to them - when the delivery is either clearly lost, or was never posted in the first place! There are so many complaints online from people who have experienced the same thing. Avoid this company.”
