“Their so called customer service is non existent. I haven't been happy with the last few boxes and have decided to cancel it. Well lo and behold I got charged for another 3 months! And when I reached out, they gave me a generic robotic response that they're sorry to see me go blah blah but not acknowledging that I wanted to cancel!! This company is a scam, avoid if you can unless you like wasting money on sample sized junk”
“The service is horrible - their website says it takes 3-5 weeks for the box to arrive (which I thought was bad enough) but when I followed up (because my box hasn’t arrived even after 5 weeks), their response was that I shouldn’t worry because it now takes 60-90 days!!!! Incredible! I have received other packages from Japan within much shorter timeframe. I just saw others complaining about their incredibly bad service too. I wished I saw them before I ordered my box and wasted money....”

We received our first box today and we are incredibly pleased and amazed. It arrived fast, with everything perfectly packed and enough room for everything to not be squeezed, so all the crunchy goodies are in perfect condition. The amount of things to try is higher than we were expecting, so that was a great surprise too. It also comes with a booklet explaining what every item is (super helpful!) and some useful information about contests they are doing.
Overall, we are really impressed and happy with the experience!”

I've seen so many posts about how many people from the UK haven't got their box and i too am one.
And don't bother messaging tokyotreat because all they will do is repeat the same thing again and again pretty much blaming you for the loss of the box.
They won't give you a refund. Lost a lot of money.
Not only that but payed for priority shipping. Which clearly wasn't priority.
Been waiting months for my boxs.
And even if they show up the sweets will probably be out of date by then.
I have bought other items from Japan in the 4 months I've waited for my box and those items, came in 2 weeks. All items I buy from japan come within a couple weeks so pretty sure the boxes never left the company as the company wouldn't be so admitted it isnt lost and it isnt their fault !!!
They won't care.
Honestly its just a company that sells cheap sweets for expensive prices. If you're fortunate to live in a country with a Japanese or Asian market just spend your money there.”
