“The chocolates in all the boxes I’ve received are completely melted. They say they will add an extra item of equal value of the chocolates to my next box but never do. They said the melted chocolates aren’t their fault, because they can’t control shipping, and it’s a common occurrence... yet they still include chocolate during warm months?! I’ve asked to cancel my subscription but they refuse to do it. Also, right now you need to pay DHL shipping which is an extra $15 for me... for below quality products! Extremely dissatisfied!”

“Wish I could give 0 stars. My box was supposedly sent out over 120 days ago, but has not arrived. Customer service kept telling me to wait 14, 30, 90, and 120 days. I filed a dispute with PayPal and TokyoTreat responded with a supposed tracking number, yet I did not pay for tracking and the tracking number shows up as invalid on both JapanPost and my local mail courier tracking service. Their joined site Tokyo Catch never gives me problems, but I'll never try Tokyo Treat again.”

During the hard times right now it just brings a bit of happiness into our lives to know that they’re still good stuff out there. I also love Tokyo treat as Japan is number one on my list to visit and having the option to eat food from Japan makes me feel like I’m there.”
