“The price changed(at least in the US), shipping is now an extra 10 dollars. So for 45$ what you will find is a terrible ratio. The largest items besides the KitKats are all savory snacks. Fun to taste a little and go “yuck” but it’s about a 60/40 ratio of savory to sweet items if not more. Not worth the money, as you will always be throwing away half of the box’s contents. Would not recommend.

“TokyoTreat never disappoints, they always back a variety of snacks to enjoy and they’re delivery is extremely fast. I was apprehensive to try it at first, but I have no regards and look forward to my box every month!”
“Super fun! Every month when I see that my orange box has arrived, I get so excited! I love digging through the box with my partner to see what goodies we have received this month. It’s always so fun to see the snacks from Japan and talk about which ones were our favorite. The box comes with a lot of snacks, so it’s enough to keep us busy with it for a whole month until the next box arrives! There’s also tons of variety in the box so you’re bound to fall in love with one of the treats. It’s worth every penny!”
“Shipping within 1 week and actually from Tokyo Japan! Not too much variety in the snacks though but there’s a cute booklet that comes with it! Some good items like Pocky and Calbee and the rest are fillers.”
“If you sign up for the standard box, you should expect that most of the items each month will be some form of corn puffs—likely because they are cheap to ship. Also, a couple of the items every month are a single, small candy or a single piece of chewing gum. Basically, the value is super low, given how expensive it is. Also, shipping to the US is charged separately now, so in addition to paying for your subscription and shipping up front, you will also get a separate credit card charge each month for shipping. Tokyo Treat seems to make its money by auto-renewing subscriptions early and then refusing to cancel the next term. Pretty much a waste of money and a scam.”
“How A W E S O M E is this yummy box that arrives every month with surprising goodies!
Makes me love everything Japanese even more!
Super cool!
Can’t wait for the next one!”
