“Wish I could give 0 stars. My box was supposedly sent out over 120 days ago, but has not arrived. Customer service kept telling me to wait 14, 30, 90, and 120 days. I filed a dispute with PayPal and TokyoTreat responded with a supposed tracking number, yet I did not pay for tracking and the tracking number shows up as invalid on both JapanPost and my local mail courier tracking service. Their joined site Tokyo Catch never gives me problems, but I'll never try Tokyo Treat again.”

During the hard times right now it just brings a bit of happiness into our lives to know that they’re still good stuff out there. Had to email then as there was no email saying my box had been shipped, it has now been 4 months since my box supposedly shipped and no sign of it, the customer service is awful and have even tried reaching out via multiple tweets and no response! Would never purchase again”
