“I recently needed to purchase a Gransfors Bruk hatchet for my son for Christmas. As I had no idea about such items or where to buy them I Googled and came across Tom's Outdoors in Tumut. I live in Victoria. Upon ringing Tom's Outdoors I spoke with Dominique and conveyed the specific details given by my son for its use. Dominique immediately confirmed I had identified the correct hatchet my son was wanting and that he had the same one for the same reasons. Dominique was very friendly, polite, knowledgable, helpful and focused on true customer service. He even conveyed his enjoyment of my enthusiasm at being able to purchase an item my adult son was wanting. He assured me it would be posted the next day which it was and I received the hatchet well in time for Christmas. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom's Outdoors as a reputable and reliable business and would be happy to be a repeat customer.”
