“The customer service at Tom's Outdoors is outstanding. The team understands outdoor activities and gave me great professional advice on an upcoming trek. Both Dom and Jimmy were a joy to deal with. I exchanged a pair of hiking pants after an on-line purchase and the process was seamless.”

“Excellent camp oven, awesome quality and a joy to use. It is a multi-use design and you can tell the craftsmanship that has gone into it when you use it. I have a number of Snow Peak cast iron ware including the Micro Oval and the Micro capsule, which I have used for several years, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. What is even more awesome is the service from Tom's! I'm a long-term customer, and the shipping, service and quality range of outdoor goods they supply is excellent. A great company that cares! “Recently purchased some Patagonia shorts online from Tom's and it was a great experience. They carry the full range of sizes and the shorts were delivered very quickly. For me Its often a challenge to buy gear that fits as I'm an "odd" size (31) so its great to find a store that carries the full size range for people like me. I'll be back!”
