“transactions ARE ONLY 1 WAY,meaning that if orders are received not as described/defective/or broken THERE IS NO REFUND meaning that the customer has to eat the total loss of 100%,so please beware”
“customers should take precautions to avoid any problems from happening, such as ask questions about the product in question and if in any doubt please do not place the order, even if they do tell to please place the order, just please don't as this poses a red flag, and in many instances the product is not in stock(and they use the bait and switch tactic)which is illegal because it is not what the customer is basically after, and then to get back the refund is another headache”
“no protection is offered for orders placed on their website meaning that once the payment has been made it will not be returned back to the customer please beware”

“Hello,
Please noone even think of buying anything from those scammers called Tomtop, they are the worst, yes, those sellers, should be banned from stealing people right and left.
I have bought a gear knob for my car and clearly ordered the short type, they sent me the long type and the worst part, they refused to refund me when it's clearly their mistake, they offered to refund me $5 when I paid over $23.
Please stay away from them.
Thanks,
Richard.”

“I ordered a underwater fishing camera for about 150aud. The product arrived and wasn't working. After contacting tomtop there was a brief attempt to pretend that I would get help in a way. They asked me to record the issue and they would send it to their specialists. So I did. Then a email followed saying that I could bring the device to a local shop to let it repair and they would pay partial for the cost. I asked what they mean with "partial" as I paid 150aud for a working product, not for a broken one, I was convinced that I should get a full refund or a new working product. In the next email tomtop offered me 20aud to solve the problem. I refused. After that tomtop came up with 30aud. Which is really a joke. However, I asked if I couldn't simply return the device and get a new one send. Tomtop answered that I can do this, but I have to pay the shipping cost and it could get lost in China and then I would have basically nothing. This sounded like a promise to me. I didn't send it. I didn't get any money back and lost it all. I just hope I can prevent some other people to lose their money to this company.”
“in whatever case the customer will always be losing by placing orders on their website as they are simply not trustworthy please have always this in mind”
“please be aware and cautious that refunds will not be granted in under any circumstances if anything goes wrong with the order or if the items(are not as described, arrive broken, faulty etc..)”
“all orders placed on their website will not be refunded even if returned back to them at the customer's expense(this extra cost will also not be refunded)meaning an extra loss for the customer apart from the cost of the item itself, both things equal to 100% loss for the customer”
“for all people thinking about placing an order on their website, think about this very carefully before proceeding: no returns and no refunds, once an order has been placed on their website, once the payment has been processed by them there is no turning back, the customer has to eat the 100% full total loss”
