“Absolutely bad. As soon as I received the article, I realized that it was not what I wanted. My mistake, but in any case in the EU you have the right within 14 days of receiving the goods to return them
for any reason and without any justification. Their site doesn't give any instructions on how to do return the item, so I wrote them. Their response was that the item arrived is what I ordered therefore they do not accept the return. Scandalous and illegal. To be avoided absolutely.”
