“I am very pleased to work with Toner Connect. There was a mishap with my package however, James & staff were great with following up and rectifying the issue. I will work with Toner Connect again in the future!”
“So far, everything I have experienced on Toner Connect has been quick and easy to navigate! I have used a separate toner buy-back program recently and have found Toner Connect to be much more organized, thorough, and simple. Should I have any other toner-selling needs, I will absolutely utilize Toner Connect first before anyone else.”
“It was a very easy process. I filled out the form, mailed them the toner, and they sent a check. It was all done very quickly. It saved me the hassle of taking them somewhere to recycle and we got a little something for them...which means our IT department actually made money instead of always spending money. I would definitely contact them again if I was in possession of toner I could no longer use.”
“Simple and easy process, one thing to keep in mind is the condition of the boxes you are sending in because if they get damaged in transit or they have some minor cosmetic marks it will be a reduction on the payout”
“Toner Connect is very user friendly and the turn around time is so quick!! Delivery was free. The price was very fair, but eventhough my toners were never even opened, my price got lowered by $9.00 each due to very minor scrapes and dings, so thats something to keep in mind. Besides that, I would definitely recommend using this company.”
“Fast response time. Website was the best I found. Staff was friendly and quick to answer my questions. Toner Connect had the best rates for my toners I was trying to sell back since I had to buy a new printer. I highly reccomend Toner Connect and suggest you start with them first!”
“I recently engaged with tonerconnect and found the experience to be satisfactory. Their communication was consistently prompt and responsive; enquiries were addressed in a timely manner throughout the process.
The payment procedure was, presumably, quick and straightforward, with no complications arising. In addition, the website is user-friendly, clear in its layout, and straightforward to navigate.
Overall, the service was professional and efficient. I would consider using them again should the need arise.”
