“I was happy with the chat experience and the customer service, which took care of a adjusting incorrect quantity on my toner entry. Instructions were helpful so that the whole process went quickly and efficiently. I am so happy to be able to put this valuable toner back out there for resale!”

“I work for a company that has many facilities around the US. My department manages shipment of toner throughout the organization. However, from time to time, we have developed an abundance of cartridges from printers that we no longer use. I have used Toner Connect twice to help me clean house of items we don't need. The Toner Connect website is easy to use. Instructions are clear. Responses are immediate and turnaroud time is very fast. i see no reason not to useToner Connect in the future.”
