I'm not sure if it was an actual person (Sarah) or not, but they would randomly stop responding to me which was very frustrating. This happened over a span of 3 days while inquiring about the payment pending for Paypal. Other than that, it was a pretty enjoyable experience.”

The toner was brand new, they downgraded the condition due to "tape damage' to "good" on the box which I didn't understand considering its unopened brand new, but nonetheless, it was better than a trash/ recycle for no cash value, so I appreciate the service and someone can use this toner.
