“During the last 18 months of working from home, my personal computer equipment -- including my printer -- suffered from the strain of unusually heavy use. This led to my replacing my printer twice and being stuck with several toner cartridges that I could not use. I was ready to recycle them and was disappointed that the toner would be wasted. Then, I was delighted to find Toner Connect. Their website and instructions for sending unused toner cartridges were easy to follow; they covered shipping costs; and they confirmed the condition of my cartridges and paid me for them within about 10 days (including shipping time). I was a small customer and wasn't sure they would be interested in assisting me; but they were great. I highly recommend this service.”

“Found Toner Connect online and thought why not, I don't need the toner sitting in my office unused. The process was really simple and the offer was very reasonable. Payment was received very quickly and shipping couldn't have been easier. Toner Connect tracked the package and sent me an update immediately upon inspection. The entire process was flawless.”

“I almost didn't try to sell the toners because I thought the process was going to be a pain. Surprisingly, it was effortless. I selected my toners from a drop-down list, answered a couple of questions, and snapped photos with my phone. Instructions to send in the toners to them using a pre-paid UPS label literally came 10 minutes later. I even decided to sign up with Zelle and so I'll get the money really fast. They offered a fair price. I highly recommend Toner Connect!”
