“Haven’t used the fireplace insert since I put my new glass and rope in it, had to rig some push-nuts with washers to hold glass windows in place…I’m hoping my tapping the push-nuts over the door studs to hold the corners of the taped glass isn’t too tight. “I spoke to Kat on several occasions during the process of ordering the new glass. She was friendly and very helpful, and most important, very honest. I have another woodstove and should I need new glass for that one I would absolutely go back to WFG. Excellent company and excellent service reps.”
