“Excellent customer service. My first glass was oversized by 1/16 of an inch in height, which isn’t typically a problem probably, but with my model It did. I called and they were quick to help. After texting them a picture of a tape measure and the glass they rushed me out another one with a return label and I had it two days later. Would be glad to do business with them again!”

“The replacement baffle fit perfectly into the stove. Excellent product. However, it was shipped via FedEx, and they held onto it for over a week and finally delivered the part after multiple attempts to locate my parcel. Please drop FedEx and ship with a different company. FedEx is terrible on the east side of the US.”

“I had purchased a spare glass many years ago when I had one break and it took me over a month to get a replacement. When it broke this time I had a replacement and was warm the next day. I ordered one from you as a spare and have put it in a safe place so it will not get accidently broken. Your service was quick and it would have been only 4 days without a fire not like the month last time. Your web site was very informative and easy to order the exact size from.”

“I have had my wood burning stove for over 30 years and my wife and I really enjoy it. It puts out some serious heat. I would clean the glass with harsh abrasives and eventually put a lot of scratches in the glass. This really affected the clarity of glass and we could not enjoy seeing the fire as we once did. Since then I discovered "over cleaner" as a way to clean the glass safely and in seconds. Wear gloves and a mask!! But the damge was done, I tried polishing the scatches out but it wasn't working. I found Woodstove Fireplace online and I called them for advice. They were super helpful on the phone. They cut a new ceramic glass exactly to my needs the same day I orderd it. I got it two days later. I also got the installation gasket kit. I repainted the door and polished all the brass. I would highly reccomend them!”
