“I called and asked a very nice lady if they could cut a diagonal corner. She answered that I could send a drawing so I sent a tracing of what I needed. She gave a quick response of yes and a price. I received the glass quickly and it was exactly what I wanted. Great to do business with.”

“Overall the product was good, although slightly smaller than the one is was replacing. I solved the problem by getting a really thick gasket to make it snug. So overall I am happy and would purchase again knowing the fix!”

“Glass works great, but with the new gasket it wouldn't fit in the opening (Hearthstone Clydesdale). Had to re-use the old gasket tape. Maybe cutting it 1/16 inch more in both directions. I was afraid I'd break the glass if I tried forcing it in with the new gasket tape.”

“Fast shipping but this is the second time I've replaced the glass. It happens when stove is not burning so in the spring I'm going to replace it and give it away. I've spent enough on two windows to buy another stove.”
