“The glass was cut unevenly and was not a good fit into the opening. We had to take one high spot down and the width was 1/8” off so it wouldn’t sit flush. First time we used it, the door glass broke. I’m a little frustrated.”

“I ordered a glass for my wood burning fire place. I was not sure which glass to order. Such as temper glass or ceramic glass. In the comments I wrote that the glass is needed for wood stove assuming that some one will guide me to the right kind of glass, which they did not. I ended up wasting money on temper glass and paying another $90 for the correct ceramic glass. My objection is the people knowing the glass should have guided me.”

Javed, you didn't contact us until the wrong glass was installed and broke. The note you put on the order says "Comments: Wood fire place glass" Which can be tempered or ceramic....we assume that you would have read the information on the site that explains the differences and applications for each when you ordered. If you were unsure, you should have reached out before hand. Your unit clearly should have used high temp ceramic glass. Mike

“Gasket didn’t work on my fireplace xtrordinair. Woodstove said it did. Wasted close to $50. Installed gasket and door wouldn’t close. Researched further and found the right gasket. Upon further checking found that the same gasket comes up no matter what you put in their search bar. Wouldn’t trust their website again”
