“For the last year, my wood burning stove has leaked. It was not enough smoke to make it unusable, but enough that the house would smell smoky. After installing this new seal, we did not have any leak at all. We had the fire burning all day on Sunday (while we watched my Packers choke against the Eagles). This morning we woke up with now smoky smell. I should have done this last year.”

We spoke on the phone earlier, sorry but the glass was not cracked, the glass cracked after installation. Most likely an installation issue (installed too tightly). We can only guarantee that you receive the glass in one piece. After that installation, function and maintenance is on the consumer. We have several pages of information and helpful videos that were linked to your order confirmation. The glass is the industry standard 3/16" thick - which is the exact same as the original glass....it is not made any thicker. We do offer a one time replacement at a 20% discount if you would like to take advantage of that?

“great fast shipping, but took 3 weeks to fulfill the order, no mention on the website saying it would take 3 weeks to fulfill the order, only say's fast shipping, so yeah, it shipped fast after 3 weeks. the Glass looks amazing and stronger than the original glass so yes the product is good.”

“The glass was well-packed for shipping and arrived in excellent condition. The suggested tutorial video insured that I installed the glass and gasket properly. The glass fit our fireplace door perfectly. We are enjoying our fireplace once again.”

“Excellent customer service. My first glass was oversized by 1/16 of an inch in height, which isn’t typically a problem probably, but with my model It did. I called and they were quick to help. After texting them a picture of a tape measure and the glass they rushed me out another one with a return label and I had it two days later. Would be glad to do business with them again!”

“The replacement baffle fit perfectly into the stove. Excellent product. However, it was shipped via FedEx, and they held onto it for over a week and finally delivered the part after multiple attempts to locate my parcel. Please drop FedEx and ship with a different company. FedEx is terrible on the east side of the US.”
