Andrew, It sounds like an installation issue. Did you watch the installation video in your order link. This sounds like the symptom of the glass being installed too tightly. Mike

“Incredibly helpful and excellent customer service. The glass was delivered in a timely manner and although it did not fit..... That was no problem at all as their team! They were quick to offer modifying another piece and to send out with a return slip at no additional cost. Now THAT!!! is customer service. .....oh yeah....I forgot to mention that their price was about $40 bucks less than ordering direct from Malm in California. BOOM!...It just keeps getting better.”

“Michael worked with me to solve my baffle replacement challenge. I had a warped baffle with a hole in it. He got dimensions from me and identified a business who created custom steel baffles. The replacement baffle fits perfectly in my old Alaska Stove and the stove is working more efficiently. -Ken Frederick”
