“Easy to shop and order. The item arrived sooner than expected in good condition. Easy to install. I inadvertently stuck the gasket in the wrong position but was able to remove including the sticky glue with WD-40.”

“I felt like I was calling a friend who just answered the phone and said he'd take care of my fireplace glass for me. Really the guy just answered the phone, said sure give me the dimensions, and the glass went out that day. I am not sure how this company is pulling this off -- but what a refreshing change from recordings, menu options, etc. etc.”

“you let us down. we really needed the fireproof glass to pass the inspection and ordered delivery from you the next day air. it should have been delivered today but for some reason it is still not there. the tracking package says that it will be delivered on Monday at the end of the day, but we have an inspection on Monday morning. and because of you, we will fail the inspection. thanks for the non-responsibility”

Muhammad, sorry for your disappointment. You ordered the glass on Friday afternoon. We did get it out on Friday and shipped it next day. however ups does not guarantee next day Saturday in your area. They go by business or "working days" There is really nothing else we can do about. This is from the ups web site "UPS Next Day Air offers guaranteed next business day delivery. ... Any packages not delivered by the set date are eligible for a refund." hope you now have a better understanding on the shipping companies policies
