Emily, That is a symptom of the glass being installed too tightly. If you watch our installation video it will help in this process. We do offer a one time replacement for 1/2 off if you would like to take advantage of this offer, just contact us.

“This glass is so clear sometimes I think there's not a glass in there so I will be ordering another one soon to replace the original one on the other side so it will all look the same. Then I will have the look I had when I first bought this stove over 35 years ago. The glass is worth the money!”

“Shipping was fast. Price was good. Exactly as advertised. This gasket replaced what I assume was a very old flattened gasket (we are new to this house). I used an angle grinder with a wire brush disc, cleaned out all the old gasket and glue. I had to cut off about 10” of the gasket, and cut it into 2 pieces (2 doors). Was a bit tricky getting a clean cut without it unraveling. But it works great. Seals the door much better than the old flattened one.”
